They will make you a nice computer. They will help you to the sales process and get you everything you need to complete the purchase. After that if you try to get anything done with them whether it be a repair or anything like that they have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with throughout the United States. Their managers do not care about their customers nor do they try to help. The managers will ignore you and have the service reps pass on non-negotiable information. It will not matter if it is their fault and they admit to it they will still charge you for their mistakes. They will continue to try to rob you after they have already sold you a computer. They are anti-military and all military should not purchase a computer from this organization. They do not care about anything you have done to help this country and all they care about is trying to take more money. Any organization that admits fault should be held liable for their own mistakes but not these guys. They will push their mistakes and the cost to you. A dishonest and deceptive organization such as this should not be allowed to continue in their market of theft.

Ordering was really smooth- the order status page with updates is very helpful... can't say too much about how fast the rush build is yet but hopefully it is good

Overall a good experience. The support staff was very helpful in the ordering and trade-in process. Only complaint would be the amount of time it took to value my trade-in.

It was great at giving product names for comparison in combatabily and how well you'd need to set things up and what was needed for an upgrade given the selection in another category.

Needed a PC workstation power house for our creative firm Xotic PC understood the assignment

Overall, the process with Xotic was very easy and informative. This is the second device I've purchased from them. I appreciate their offerance of multiple payment solutions, as well as an excellent and titrated variety of customizable computers/laptops.

So far so good. I want a laptop that can edit 8K video and the XOTIC PC staff and Eric specifically pointed me toward the one I ordered. That's it for my experience so far, as it won't be complete until I have the laptop and try it out.

All I added to my pc was extra ram but it's taken two weeks to get to production

Ordering was reasonably clear and straight forward. Uncomfortable with the significant number of add-ons (pixel count, minimal backlight bleed, etc.) For a high end machine and the result of NOT purchasing the add-ons may result in a lower quality device. This is not reassuring. The specifications are quite good. Actual results unknown, no product has been received.

The online ordering process was fairly easy although it was a little confusing with all the little individual sections. I am looking forward to getting my laptop.

Your customizing screen and options are not as intuitive as they could be. I neededroom to improve to call twice before I was satisfied with my build and even then I failed to ask key questions that I wish I had thought of at the time. Still, I am confident I will get the machine I intended to get.

Great price on an entry level machine. Hasent arrived yet bc I chose to do some upgrades but I've been happy with the process so far

I have had my laptop, gaming laptop I might add for less than a week. I have had Blue screen of death 7 times, one of which I was browsing the news on the internet. I could not play 2 of my games because the driver was not updated and when I went to update it gave me an error that it was not compatible with my system. I contacted customer support who were great but I feel they didn't really care that I was having the issues with the laptop after spending that kind of money. I then request a refund, and have to pay to return a bookend that was sent to me as a computer. I have bought computers for 400 dollars that were better than this and I feel that the shipping should have been paid through you where it is not my fault for getting the blue screens. I ran all of the checks for your techs and each time comes back that the video card is the problem.

XOTIC PC offers you a very nice and useful way to build your own perfect computer. Years ago i bought a laptop in this same website. Must say i got an incredible machine. Now i got myself a new computer, and i know that XOTIC PC will do their best again.

Their site doesn’t inform you if a product is a preorder until after you pay. They then push you off and make you feel like you aren’t valued. When you threaten to take your money elsewhere they lie and say you’ll receive the laptop before the refund. Well I’m sure my money would’ve been refunded by now as it’s been 2 weeks going on 3 and still haven’t received it. Customer service is no help and my experience so far is it’s a poorly managed company. I regret my purchase and I haven’t even received it yet. I feel like I was trapped by this company now and I don’t feel like I’ll even enjoy the product once I get it because of the awful buying experience.
