A great shopping platform to get the latest products and customize with so many options. I had a great experience and was able to get what spec’s I was looking for in MSI raider laptop.

I compared Xotic price and offers to ibuypower and the home page of Asus for the Tuff F15 laptop and Exotic beat them with the best offer of price to components! It's my new go to online sight.

Ordering beats every other laptop supplier I could find. Simple to select what you want, no excessive upselling. Not quite a "pleasure" but very good.

I went ahead and bought my backup power charger at xotic where i bought my laptop because i have enjoyed my purchase and their customer service and i was sure the experience would be repeated ,i still have not got my recent order in the mail yet(its only been 3 days),but i have no doubt it will be perfect

Was easy to order

Website layout was pretty user friendly! Just wish some stuff was a tad bit cheaper so I could have gotten a few extra parts. All in all, it was a great website for people looking for a custom PC.

The website is very easy to navigate, informative and ordering is pretty straightforward. A number of options available for customizing your purchase. The rep who worked with me was very helpful and was able to answer questions that guided my decision to make the right choice for me without being pushy or trying to steer me immediately into the highest priced product. I chose the financing option even though I had the available means to buy it outright because I till advantage of the 90 days same as cash one of the companies offered. That's where the awesome review ends. Aside from getting an email that the order was placed there's zero communication telling you what state your order is in.. the website offers no information. It just says unfulfilled on the status. With all the other attention they paid to making the rest of the process smooth and efficient, to not have order updates in this day and age where it's not that much effort is pretty lame. That one extra step would have been great for customer awareness, not just 'oh 10-15 days' of being in the dark until suddenly it ships. So that's a 4 star from me.
