I have wanted a PC for awhile now and while going through hours of searches for one I just couldn’t get myself to get the PC from wherever, but then I found XOTIC PC, in which they have great customer service and you can build the PC the way you want it, while they build it or you get prebuilt (nice amount of options). Definitely telling other people about this when they want or need a new PC, but that’s if they don’t want one just from seeing mine.

This is the third order I've placed in 8 years with Xotic PC and they have always delivered. Customer service is helpful in answering questions regarding your custom build, delivery/tracking status, etc. I also find their customization choices are broad such that you can go a bit nuts if you really want to. Thanks for the service and for putting together great custom laptops.

XoticPC has been a great experience for purchasing any PC. Getting a an Asus Duo 16 with financing. Many times if you go to a big box store, you don't have customization options. For this 3rd party laptop, I had a plethora of customization and even custome lid designs. Thoroughly recommend. One side note, chat is a real person who can work with you.

I can't really give a review as i have preordered my laptop and don't expect delivery before August. the ordering process, however, was pretty straightforward, pick what you want from a list of options. The options were described adequately. if you had any questions, they answered the phone call with a real person.

Easy purchase and great site layout fir customization

I bought a creator 17. I ordered it with many supposedly nice upgrades. The laptop was to be shipped routinely to my home in Thailand however, Exotic used UPS for shipping. UPS agents here act as tax collectors so the package was seized as a high-value item and held by UPS for a customs tax evaluation. I followed the instructions given to me by Thai Customs diligently to get my property back. Despite my complaints, Exotic was not at all helpful. It took a month of diligence to track down a definitive location and travel to the UPS facility at the airport. Although having all the customs requirements fulfilled, I had to argue with the people holding my property with an armed policeman standing behind me to finally get it released for delivery. Several days later it arrived at my home where I paid another ~$500 for extra vat and unnecessary storage fees to those UPS pirates. DO NOT USE UPS INTERNATIONAL! As for the computer, It is very problematic and a disappointing purchase. Unfortunately, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND EXOTIC.

I was able to go through and custom my laptop the way that I wanted it to be not how somebody wanted it to be. I could select each individual piece and make this laptop my own. Thank you for everything that you have done to help make my order complete.

From start to finish, everything was very self explanatory. I had to call in to ask a couple of questions, and the customer service was top notch and had an answer for everything. Desktop shipped literally ready to plug in and play. Everything was better than I could have imagined - so thank you Xotic Pc for the awesome computer. I will surely be back next time I’m in the market!

I bought a Sager Laptop NP7860J without the drivers installed and it came with a drivers and utilities disc that I can’t even insert the disc because the laptop doesn’t have a disc opener. The laptop is useless without booting it. It won’t allow me to go to the main screen without booting it first.
