While the prices are a bit higher here than Best Buy, the website is easy to navigate and the flexible payment options for those of us with less than stellar credit made shopping here a no brainer. I also like the ability to customize the machine a bit at purchase rather than having to buy parts manually and upgrade myself.

The PC's are awesome. The purchase was first class. The shipping time was great.

I was happy with my laptop, but when the casing was damaged I sent it in for a repair. That was almost four months ago and I still don't have it back. There appears to be no communication between the various departments. Nothing is done in a timely manner, and whenever I attempt to talk to management I get excuses and attitude.

I had recently ordered a new Laptop a few days ago. I had missed the promotion at checkout that I receive a free mouse on my first ever order. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Eric in the chat service and was extremely helpful. After providing my order number, He put a request in to have my promotional free mouse added to my order. The process was simple and quick! I am looking to my new gear!

I once ordered from xotic PC in 2010 for a gaming laptop from Asus the G51, when I was in my senior year of high school. Super customizable purchase. Never needed another laptop until recently when I started my travel job - ordering a laptop felt the same with the checkout features, except easier. They separate laptops based on GPU skus, but I wish it was just a single product page with customizability like it is with Dell's website. Fast customer service for a quick question I had about lead times through their livechat support. Presale customer service and interactivity with the website has remained good - I hope post sale customer service is just as good, if I ever need it.

From the vast amounts of customization options to the quick assembly. I wasn't expecting such fast service!
