This is my sixth or seventh laptop from XOTIC PC. I find their ordering process which allows customization of the laptop to be most useful and the options add to the functionality of the unit. I have had excellent customer service, even in light of some issues that were not XOTIC PCs fault and the fact I can call 5 years later to get technical support by phone for a laptop issue is a major plus.

Great experience for a first time. I wish it was a bit easier to see what the wraps and various visuals would look like on your computer or laptop. But other then that it was a fun and easy experience! Thank you guys and I can't wait to get my hands on my new laptop!

A little more expensive than the competition but you get the quality you'd expect from the price. The only thing that would make things better would be easier access to making split payments.

I’ve always enjoyed xoticpc ever since my brother bought me a gaming laptop years ago. I’ve referred friends here so I knew the experience would be good. So many options available and those options had tons of upgrades available

Upon completing my order I haven't received any additional information on which stage of the build it is in. It's available for me to check on the website and it does show what stage it's in. It would just ve a little bit more convenient for me to receive notices of when it gies from one stage of the process to another. Other then that its been a really good experience as of now.

Despite being a first-time customer, their website was incredibly intuitive and simple. Moreover, upon placing an order, the team at XOTIC was very attentive and responsible, showing their passion for their work. I hope to conduct my future PC-related transactions with them.

The site is very colorful and user friendly the options for building your PC or laptop is extensive and detailed and lots of components to choose from as well as accessories it's overwhelming. I like that after financing I got to see the legend/description of the process from the components gathering all the way to the testing and I love how it's described in a very detailed fashion so I know that the product that I'm going to receive it's going to be thoroughly tested and up to my standards. I also enjoy the personal email from the owner which goes out of his way to thank you for your purchase. I have no doubt in my mind that this is going to be the future company to all my future computing needs will be met by I've already started spreading the word on my own behalf.

Everything was smooth and easy from the first online chat to the final order. Answered all my question based on my criteria and did not just try to up sell me to the most expensive units they have available but gave me four options that fit my needs to choose from. Ordering from the website was a breeze. Cannot wait for my new toy.

Yet to receive the product. But it was a easy transaction.

I asked A LOT of questions about the laptop I was purchasing (almost two hours' worth) and Eric answered all of them. He was also honest about what upgrades he would and wouldn't recommend, and ended up saving me money because of that. I couldn't be happier with the purchase process. Excited to receive the new pc!

The process was very easy and quick. I called customer service bc I wanted to make some changes and the lady I talked to was very nice and helpful. All this together made iht quick and easy. Thank you!

Now that I have it, I’m thrilled with the quality of the build! Especially the cabling. I’ll definitely be upgrading this one at some point and XoticPC will be the 1st place I look.

My original post is under this. It all started so well. I asked if my model laptop was in stock because the one I really wanted wasn't. I decided to go with the one that was in stock. Two weeks later again I was told it was in stock. Nothing had been moving just yet though. I then get an email stating that the laptop that was in stock wouldn't be in stock until June. From having it to, no date just sometime in June. This was too much of a delay for me to wait. Sad because I was excited to try out the product. So far the website itself was pretty easy to use. Choosing my laptop and even choosing the upgrades for it seemed to be a breeze. I like how you can compare prices of parts instantly before even clicking on an upgrade. Right away after purchasing my laptop I was sent a thank you email and well, I will be purchasing again in the future.

Costumer service was great. Still waiting for my pc to show up. They had a great selection of Computers. The Easter gifts were a bonus.

Very easy to find what I was wanting and even easier to actually navigate.

This is the 3rd PC that i have bought from your company. The reason, I like the costumer service and the products that I receive. I always get my PC in a Timely manner as well. Any question all i have to do is pick up the phone and call or send them an email and i get a response in less then 24 hours. If you havnt used this company before your missing out.
