I purchased a MSI 65 Thin from Xotic PC. They carry a large variety of pc options at an competitive price. For a pc building company they also carry big name brands as well. Customization and configuration is super nice and not limited to desktops. Customer service is very quick, helpful, and transparent. The step by step tracking is really nice and gives consumers the step by step process of their pc. I will be checking Xotic first from now on for all new pc purchases.

I needed to replace my gigabyte laptop as it stopped working. I found Xotic PC. Everything I could want to be customized was available for me to do. After I ordered I saw that if I want to do upgrades they will do that in the future. I thought that was great.

The website is easy to use and the ordering process feels pretty straight forward, even on the mobile browser. It may help comparing products if these with the same chassis are merged into the same page. Also I would like to see how fast can the rush build service actually be.

I had been with them as customer for many years and still find I have the most flexable options when picking my customized MSI laptop. Great pricing and high quality of product as well.

This is the 3rd PC I've bought from XOTIC PC, and I've never had a bad experience. The few times I've needed support, I got quick answers to my questions. I've been very happy with the hardware!

Pre-ordered a new laptop. Site was easy to navigate and the checkout was easy.

Planned on just looking for a replacment, ended up finding a great deal. Originally had no intention of purchasing, but couldnt pass up the deals available, and chose to go ahead and replace my older laptop. This is the second I've gotten from xotic, and the first still works perfectly fine.

This was my first purchase from Xoticpc and I couldn't be more pleased. The availability of the laptop I wanted and great price set me down the path. Overall, I like the layout of the website and the order process was very smooth. Email updates were perfect and there was a great order tracking page. The speed from order to delivery was fantastic. Packaging was excellent and my laptop came tested with a burn'in test report right on the desktop. I don't really have any suggestions for improvement and will be recommending Xoticpc to friends and family.
