Xotic has been incredibly attentive, open, and communicative with me through the entire process. They have been great. I think the only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because I am still in the middle of the process and need to wait until I get my PC before determining if it is 5 stars.

Everyone has been super knowledgeable and helpful. The configuration tool was the easiest to use. The options for custom builds are really thorough.

Computer was packaged very well and arrived intact. Customer service was great when I had a general concern over some specs. All in all a great experience.

Website is smooth and precise. No issues with errors or things not working as excellent. Plenty of photos to look at. The answers to all my questions were already available on the site. After my order I sent a message outside of business hours and was followed up with early Monday morning. I was able to pay using PayPal. I have not received the laptop yet but my experience to this point has been what excelent.

Good availability

This is the third laptop I have bought thru Xotic PC and the last one has lasted over ten years. They are the only ones that I will buy thru. I like that I can pick different options for your laptop and they have an excellent service dept. If you want a laptop this is the place to buy it.

I love that you can customize your computer. But i thought i was on the site s few years ago and it was easy to customize every component of the computer to your likes. I had to contact support this time to add nvidia 32g of ram.
