Xotics process is about as streamlined and concise as you could want. Found the parts list, checked performance to make sure the machine would do what I want it to, ordered. I've purchased 3 devices from them so far and would recommend to anyone.

I placed an order several weeks ago and every time I ask when they will send my order, they tell me that the card verification process takes 3 to 9 days to take care of the seller and the buyer, but it has been more than a month and it still hasn't happened. They give me an answer about mine, the order number is 177246106, the money was debited from my card and even these people do not solve me

I was very excited for my custom PC from XOTIC PC, however I had issues with since taking it out of the box. It arrived with dirty water spots on the lid. I could not believe it was shipped out in that condition.I was able to look past that and give it a try. Sadly, I was really disappointed to discover there was an issue with the mini-led screen...black backgrounds were bleeding into white foregrounds making text and images appear gray. I'm a designer so this wasn't something I could tolerate to get my work done. I returned the PC within the 30 day time period (after being charged for an $85 return shipping label) and asked for a refund. XOTIC PC seemed to ignore the fact I was asking for a refund. They played it off like I had sent it in for a warranty repair, asked multiple times if I wanted to look at other models and when I finally questioned when I would receive my refund, they said, "oh, we'll update our RMA." There should not be a need to "update" them...I submitted my RMA asking point blankly for a refund. My computer was almost $4K and it's been two weeks since they received the PC back...still no refund. I don't want to have to file a credit card dispute, but it's looking like that might be what I have to do to get my money back!! In addition, right after I purchased my computer they promised me a $200 refund since their system continually rejected my payment and the price went up the next day when I finally got my order to go through. That refund never came. I asked for it again after my PC arrived and they said they would take care of it...still never came. They have been jerking me around since I placed my order. If they hadn't been so shady, I probably would be interested in getting a different model from them. They seem to keep hoping I will forget they owe me money. Because of how they've handled everything, I'm not interested in giving them any more business.
