They lied to me, they said they were a ready to ship my 4 THOUSAND DOLLAR PC. And it wasnt shipped for 3 days so I contacted them and they said it would take over a week to ship! UNBELIEVABLE! They wouldn’t even upgrade my shipping. They lied to me and Left me in the dark. I felt betrayed

The company provided explicit instructions or steps when choosing the different features for the pc. They offered their assistance to make sure the purchasing experience was comfortable

My brother bought his pc from this site, Now Im giving it a shot, Gonna be my first gaming PC so im quite excited.

Everything is going well, only thing I wish is there was a more set date on when your pc should be estimated to be completed. Customer service is great answers on time and swiftly

Fast easy and suitable

I spend $7,784 nov 21 for a custom build pc and ever since I received my pc it has had problems. First problem was the screen would randomly freeze and almost crash. Sent it in for RMA and when I got it back it would randomly give me blue screen of death to where it was barley operatable. When I sent it in and got it back for a 3rd time the system would not be able to download almost any software like razer synaps to sync my razer products or be able to run any game like cs or apex. I sent it in for a 4th time and when I got it back it gave me the same problems and was almost like they did absolutely nothing to fix these latest issues. Going to probably contact my credit card company and try to get a refund since they dont offer refunds at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR UR GAMING PC THEY WILL SEND YOU A SYSTEM WITH PROBLEMS NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND WITH THEM!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! btw if I could leave 0 stars I would. EDIT: Saw the reply and after sending my custom build in several times with no solution I decided to take it to a local repair shop and will never order anything from this company ever again and will advise the same to my friends

The laptop I bought from you guys was having issues. You guys found the problem pretty quickly and fixed it. I haven't gotten my laptop back yet but hopefully the problem was fixed for good. Only complaint is having to pay $90 to ship to you & $20 to ship back to me. Because I would think the warranty would cover that and obviously you guys had me pay way too much to ship it to you if it only costs $20 to ship back Edit: My problem still wasn't fixed. RGB & hotkeys for volume, fan, etc. still don't work. And the power indicator light is still not turning on when the laptop is on. Edit 2: Support ended up fixing my problem by having me do an EC reset. Still wasted $110 on shipping for something that didn't need to be shipped out.

Second laptop I've ordered with Xotic and I'll always come back. Never had any complaints with my first machine and I love both the customization options and pricing. Other builders may make really slick systems but behind the flash they arent any better than what Xotic provides at far more reasonable prices!

Before being recommended to Xotic PC, I had sought advice from two other major retailers specializing in custom-built systems. Their responses left much to be desired. When I asked for guidance, I received a generic recommendation to “check the specifications of the game I wanted to play.” It felt impersonal and gave me the impression they just wanted to make a sale. Based solely on my interaction with Xotic PC’s support staff, I am now a permanent customer. Their dedication to understanding my unique requirements. The next time I need to replace/upgrade any of my computing equipment, or if my friends do, I will 100% be recommending Xotic PC.

Easy to use website. Detailed photos and descriptions of the products. All at reasonable prices.

The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. The one issue I would point to is the delay in shipment. I order my product on the 24th of this month and as of the 28th it has yet to be fulfilled. Therefore, I can not make reference to the condition of the product until it is delivered.

So far the process has been great!
