edit: Issue resolved, got a call from Jan(?) the customer service manager who was quick to resolve the issue. She pointed out there was some email/technical issue at the time. However, I still believe that the issue should have been noticed before sending it. My review is still true to my experience prior to the call from the manager. But I appreciate that the company did reach out and was able to resolve issue in an understanding way. Thank you. Dear WTTB, On April 16th, I left you a review here in an attempt to contact you. You then tried to call me on April 17th, but I was unable to take that call so I called back on April 18th. I spoke to an associate, who apologised and told me that the fact that I received 23 unit instead of 60 unit was a human error, and that we are not robot. While I understand that you are not robots, I also believe that you had pre printing to check how many unit you needed to print, you had post printing to check that you had the correct amount and finally, you had while packing to check you are sending the correct amount. Even if you did the final check before shipping and you realised there had been a mistake, you could have dropped me an email so we could have come to a conclusion, but you didn't. Anyhow, the associate on the phone advised me to drop you an email, explain the situation and reassured me that you guys will look into what has happened. I then dropped you an email on April 18th at 17:33pm to be specific. Then on April 21st, I saw that you replied to my Trustpilot review, advising me to give you a call or drop you an email. Since I have both called and dropped you an email on April 18th, I checked whether I had the correct email - and yes I did. Until today April 25th, I still have not had a respond from any of you confirming that my email has gone through or that someone is really trying to help resolve the issue that occurred on your side. I believe I have tried enough to resolve the issue and I believe I have given you enough time and chances to resolve this that I no longer want to spend more time waiting for you to ignore me. At this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I've wasted my money and time. And I am now asking your for a refund. Not only did you disappointed me with sending half of my order, the print quality was not great, I don't even know what to do with 23 unit I received, they are not of the quality I would like my customers to purchase. Finally, I don't believe it is the best thing to advise a customer who is saying they are struggling to contact you, to call or email you. If the mistake was on your side, you should take the initiative to at least email the customer yourself. You have your customers emails.

We have been trying for 3 days to get through to Where The Trade Buys but they are saying they have "phone problems" we have a number of orders outstanding has anyone had the same problem?

We placed an urgent order over last weekend for some Correx Signage. We paid extra for prompt delivery by 13th April. WTTB FAILED to deliver on the agreed date. I logged into our account with them, to find that the order was still in production. I got on the phone spending 40 minutes in their queue having a message blasted to me on how seriously they take "Customer Service". I gave up on the call. There was no communication from them over the preceding 4 days to indicate there may be a delay. I come into the office this morning to an email declaring that the order had been dispatched only to find the DPD tracking link shows it is still awaiting collection from WTTBs works. They actually made it available for collection to their courior on the DAY AFTER I was supposed to receive it ! because of the weekend now the order will not arrive until Monday - 4 days later than the premium express service paid for. They didnt event want to put their hands in their pockets to pay for a Saturday delivery - despite their mis-managment. In my view WTTB also abuse Trustpilot. The day after they accept the order they send you an invitation to share your experience on Trustpilot - BEFORE they even dispatch the order. The overall star rating you see for them is misleading as most of it will be based on the ordering experience rather than the OVERALL experience. I could have given them a 5* rating on the order experience but for the OVERALL EXPERIENCE THE DONT EVEN DESERVE THE OBLIGATORY 1* . I wont be using WTTB or Where The Trade Buys ever again, as they are COMPLETELY unreliable. If you value your business avoid using WTTB as one of your suppliers. WTTBs response was totally inadequate. They have clearly made themselves wholly reliant on their systems. On the phone they said that their tech problems started on Wednesday and in their latter correspondence on Monday into Tuesday. Their senior management have shown themselves to be completely inadequate as they have not put in place any failsafes or plan “Bs” for such occurrence. They have said their outgoing phone systems were also down but I am sure that someone within their organisation had a mobile phone. I have now been offered a refund but that far from deals with the inconvenience of the issues caused by their poor management.

LET DOWN BADLY on 2 jobs same week - Paid for express service delivery on an important job, got the email early evening the day before to say they were completed and out for delivery with the courier - eventually arrived 5 full days later than expected, along with another job that was also late. Very little help from customer service, they were not really interested, and after much haggling just offered a partial 15% refund across both jobs they were late with - quality is quite ok (when they eventually arrive) but simply cannot rely on them to deliver as agreed - even if they email you the day before confirming they are on the way - Bit of a 'business killer' for a trade printer - I wont trust them again with my business.

When the couriers messed up, WTTB customer service were amazing, chasing them and getting delivery sorted. The product was good as well, and fast, and good value.

Easy to find product Instructions were very clear & easy to follow. Price was excellent compared to similar products elsewhere. Product arrived quickly. Quality of product is excellent.

Order not delivered. A nightmare to connect to customer service. Sales says order lost by DPD. DPD says never handed to them. 8 days after delivery date no print nor news of refund that was requested

I honestly can't provide a better review. The document I received was in completely the wrong order. I think unlike other websites, the upload approach for documents is terrible. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure exactly how often I've used WTTB but I've just today received my latest order. As usual - perfect. Oh, wait a minute - the books arrived 2 days early! 5 stars again :)
