we ordered goods, nice plain print and youy Z FOLDED THEM, we asked for them to be re-done and WTTB have simply refused!!! - pathetic service, i have asked for a call and i just get refusal even to call me, i supplied by mobile and landline, i am very disapointed

It's very odd. After you pay then you upload the artwork. It seemed as if I'm handing over my credit card details and paying but never getting the opportunity to actually submit the artwork that I wanted turned into a card. So then I ended up on the Customer Chat, who explained things. But then I couldn't click away the Customer chat to go back to the appropriate buttons on the page to complete the upload. I ended up having to clear my cookies and turn the computer off and then turn it back on to get rid of the chat box. All in all, way too much work for what is a relatively small project.

Excellent delivery time, but had trouble uploading the art work. Helpful staff.

Fast delivery good quality wrapping paper however there’s a few sheets which are market and have what look like rub marks or tape marks. It’s not every sheet but I’ve had to leave some out

The book was printed incorrectly, but WTTB have taken my complaint seriously and have quickly reviewed the problem and offered to reprint at no extra cost for which I am very grateful. The team worked hard to resolve the problem quickly and professionally . Nick

I have already left a glowing review for WTTB but feel only right I should do so again after reading some of the other reviews and my further interaction with the company. I initially partially unwrapped my product and it looked perfect. Unknown to me it had sadly been the victim of 'delivery damage'. No fault of WTTB. WTTB were prompt and efficient in replacing the product and even agreed to amend slightly as I had made an initial oversight with part of the text. As for any negative comments regarding Customer Service I can whole heartedly say I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. R and J (not sure if appropriate to leave full names) were amazing and incredibly helpful. I am about to order more signage from WTTB and envisage doing so many more times in the future.

Michelle and the team were very helpful and kept me informed regularly, whether there was a fault in the files I supplied, through to stock and delivery. The products arrived on time, undamaged and ready to use.

Fabulous customer service

First time orderering here. I required a customised square 210mm brochure x250, 12pp with gold foiling and diecut and was highly impressed with the price, quality, production time and customer service! Will definitely be a regular client

Bad: Goods were delivered later than planned and life-sized cutouts were delivered later still. Good: I was personally notified that this was going to happen the day prior, which was TRULY HELPFUL and much appreciated. Thanks! Moral of the story: If it's mission-critical, allow a little extra time in your schedule when ordering - or buy some from WTTB. We live in difficult times with materials supply chains creaking badly and delivery services that can be over-stretched.
