We sent in some artwork for banners and got a message back saying that the production team had declined to print them as they would have been bad. A simple fix by us to the shape and size of the artwork got an approval and very fast turnaround. The quality of the replacement vinyl, to be applied to the roller banner casing we already have, was brilliant. 100% and 5 stars.

Went above and beyond to help ensure the specification of our print job was as expected and when we spotted an issue, they were very quick to resolve it for us.

Sign was damaged and not replaced. Sent images etc straight away. Offered a credit of £0.00 as confusion on screw holes stating auto added and not. So it didnt have any.

A couple of issues with my order did initially cause anxiety but WTTB’s sales team Laura responded swiftly and efficiently to sort matters. Her communication and care quite honestly leaves me with a warm feeling towards this company. As a sole trader, I totally appreciated this and will definitely be placing orders again. The case bound books I handed to my customer were well printed and smartly bound. My customer also appreciated the care given to correct issues. I've always had very good service from where the trade buys, but this time they excelled themselves after the courier service failed to deliver one of my 3 parcels. They re printed and despatched the missing items almost immediately so that I was still able to meet the deadlines my end. If I could give 6 stars then I would happily do so.

I was pleasantly surprised by the printing quality I received from WTTB. I was expecting average results for the price I paid, but the prints were much better than I hoped. The colours were vibrant, and the paper was high-quality.

Mugs turned out great! They came in individual boxes though presentation ones, I was impressed with the care taken with small and new business purchase.

WTTB have a great range of eco-friendly options, the prices are good and the turnaround is quick. Also customers services are friendly and helpful. All good really.

Purposefully confusing website and ended up paying near enough £40 for 5 notepads as apparently when you have specified that you want 100 sheets per pad, then select a qty of 500 (to anyone, this would mean 500 notepads), it means you get 500 pages total. ETA: Not interested in discussing this further, the response from your customer service was enough to make me go and purchase the full order from another company that was much more reasonably priced.

Great service, quality and price

I have used WTTB 3-4 times in the past and the service and products have been great, but my recent experience leaves me wondering what has happened to this team. I called up with a bespoke enquiry on approx the 4th/5th May. I was told to leave the enquiry on the website and somebody would get back to me in approx 3-6 hours. After a couple of days of not hearing back, I called up and spoke to Jordan, he asked for all the details and told me he would go straight to an estimator to make sure they had all the details to get a quote to me. A few more days pass, still nothing, I call back, speak to Jordan, he's unsure what has happened, but will chase it up for me. couple more days, I call up and speak to Joanne, she apologises profusely, says she will speak to Jordan and one of them will definitely get back to me........nothing. Gave it last effort call this morning, Jordan tells me that he's not sure what has happened, I will have a quote this morning...... I called him at 4.30pm, he tells me they can't help.........although over and over again I was told it was a simple enquiry that they would be able to help with. What a massive waste of my time, absolutely terrible customer service.

If I could score you zero I would. Your system is fundamentally flawed. It rejects artwork that is the correct sizes, then states I must send in the same dimensions that I have already provided. I am told to add 3mm bleed to the dimension, I do....rejected. I go back to the original artwork I sent....accepted. it once too 5 days just to get the artwork to be accepted. I think of 8 orders, only 2 arrived when I paid for them to be delivered, the rest were late, sometimes a week late. I complained constantly about the awful service I had and nobody seemed to care. I got condescending messages and made out as if everything was my fault, and not once was I offered any compensation or future discount to appease me and the awful service and repeated delays I had experienced. Shockingly bad and I advise anyone reading this to shop around. I got 2000 flyers double sided from Vistaprint on better quality paper for £17 less than they are on WTTB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are rank amatuers.
