Casebound books Can't fault the finished product or the service. The website is easy to use, all the artwork instructions and templates easy to understand and I'm really pleased with the quality of the finished product. Very reasonably priced too. I did contact the helpline to discuss the pagination of my book, and had a laugh when the person I spoke with said during the call "just want to make sure we're on the same page !!" The books arrived exactly when they said they would and were double boxed to ensure no damage. No hesitation with the 5 star rating

We use WTTB for all our printing needs . WTTB make’s everything so simple and now they have added a canva option ,it’s got even easier to get our printing needs met . We like to find a supplier and stick with them . This is the case with WTTB .We have always been happy with the customer service and feel valued as a customer . They have that old fashioned customer service ,which is on the decrease in some businesses .

Amazing service. I’ve ordered two lots of mugs and they’ve arrived really quickly and the product is good quality.
I’ve used WTTB for a few years now and there fairly decent but you need to know the limitations. There not without issues - I paid extra for print to be delivered on a certain date and it didn’t which is shocking as there was no refund either and the automated system is poor if you have something slightly bespoke - try ordering an A4 landscape DS and you will know what I mean. Delivery is quick and good but why do they send multiple parcels from the same courier on the same day which is irritating. Apart from those issues the pricing is good and the quality is decent.

Misleading checkout system when ordering the product but after speaking with the sales team we managed to sort it. Initially customer services were unhelpful until I was directed to the sales team who after offering credits then offered a full refund. It was greatly appreciated, hopefully they sort the issue and less people are blindsided in future.
