Paid extra for delivery on a certain date as items were required for a one-off event. Items arrived a day late rendering them pointless and unusable. Waste of time and additional money.

We have had a book produced on 5 occasions and every time we receive them the books badly packed and are scuffed. I requested better packaging and got exactly the same result.
