Overall a good experience but needed to speak to someone in order to fast-track through the proofing process. The quality of the printing are very good as well.
we had a problem with some 'do not disturb' door hangers for a hotel customer. It wasn't print quality it was more that the product wasn't quite suitable so some were ripping as they were removed from the door handles. Jen Allen in support was very helpful and sent samples of an alternative product direct to the customer -which are perfect and we'll put an oder in for those! Many thanks!

Fine, all ok. Bit of a mix up over art work - the files used last time (without a problem) wasn't suitable this time. Bit irritating. Other than that all good though.
