I tried their free 7 day trial. I didn't want to continue so I clicked on Cancel Subscription but got no confirmation. I sent them an email, no response. Fortunately I used Paypal and was able to cancel the subscription that way. Dishonest company.

Though quite an expensive service, as a collector & seller of fine majolica, antique, & vintage china, as well as sports memorabilia, the information provided by Worthpoint is well worth the price.
Worthpoint needed to update my account payment information. I was divorced several years ago and started the account anew. After signing up again and paying, they still would not allow me into the account. I could not reach them for a while, but they reached out to me to settle all my concerns in short order. Thank you Worthpoint! Happy to get started again.

I would rate it lower if possible. Complete sham. I tried the seven day free trial on the first day for about ten minutes and cancelled. Here I am six months later STILL trying to get my money back. They WILL NOT stop charging my account. Finally had to COMPLETELY close my bank account (to stop the charges) before the holidays AND pay $25 extra to expedite a new card to be sent to me. Still no resolve-absolutely no response to my emails-their preferred “contact me”. They have charged me close to $200 for a “free” trial and website I never use. This company is a sham!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!
