Got to Venezuela really quick . But the problem always occurs in Caracas where the receiver sends proof of paying the taxes . And it’s still on hold since the 13th December

Delivered according to expectations, but..... The only reason you didn't get 5* is that, inexplicably, you rounded up the weight of my package and charged me more than I was expecting! I'll be more careful next time and raise the issue at teh time - if I have time, that is.

Slight issue with original delivery but we ended up redirecting it to my daughters workplace and all was well in the end. Thanks guys.

One of the item I have sent got lost. I haven’t received any of the luggage yet. No one got in contact with me. I had to sort the issue out on my own. I have not been able to work because I didn’t receive my items. And I had to get new clothes. Very bad work.

Had to pay £167 for the goods to be released from customs . Have been sending gifts to Australia with other companies and never had to pay duty on gifts beware when using this company .

Can’t say I wasn’t a little concerned with using this service, 1/3 of the price of the same service from the Post Office but I can’t fault it. It’s was really good. Collected and delivered (in Zurich) on time, the tracking was clear and simple. Will use again
