Excellent service would highly recommend these people, this is the 2nd time we have used them. We had a problem with the pick up but the van breaking down can't be helped, then the next day pick up but once I got onto worldwide the girl was so helpfully and next day it was collected (5thnov) it arrived in new Zealand 10th Nov. Will be defiantly be using again
Very little communication regarding collection, poor instructions on website re address format, telephone lines inactive email only, received two responses in answer to my query but were different, one solution did work, hence 2 stars. Not instructed to send copies of the commercial invoice and paid invoice, delivery timescale not met.

Normally I would say exalent but his time my daughter was not notified and the parcel took a lot longer to arrive and was left in full view of the street as she was out at the delivery

Great communication when they were unable to deliver when the recipient was away unexpectedly. Meant that I was kept in the loop and they communicated with the courier in Germany to ensure then parcel was delivered safely. Really great service.
