Very efficient and speedy service. Collected parcel as arranged and it was delivered in Australia 4 days later!! Amazing. However it was quite expensive for our large parcel but worth the cost to get it there safely.

For sending any thing heavy and bulky I would highly recommend this company. Usually I get a text to tell me a time to when they come, I know sometimes it can’t be helped but I had to stop in all day, and couldn’t go no where to get out the house at the time but in general, I have never had a problem before.

Second time I have used WPS to send parcels to Switzerland. Excellent service!! Picked up on day requested, fully trackable and arrived at my friends house 4 days later. Most reliable and good value for money. Highly recommend.

very efficient service, but, and this is not your fault but must be mentioned to other customers sending to EU countries (we sent to Germany) there was an extra 70 euros charge because of leaving the EU. Possibly because it was a gift.

Always excellent service and value! Use Worldwide Parcel Services for some time now sending parcels to daughter in New York. This time I had item in that would have incurred customs penalties, but was alerted to this by WPS so I could remove it before sending.

Excellent service, they even sealed my bags when they broke. Customer service in Norway also very useful. Totally recommend for skipping from UK to Norway!

This company like other companies use low quotes to attract customers then increases the costs without telling the customers then carries on with the shipment. Then after shipment is done, invoice the customers to ask for additional payments…customers either pay or being sue if not paying the extra costs. So guys out there, don’t do any business with this company.

Was very skeptical about getting my phone back from Hungary, but they were unbelievably helpful guiding me through the process every step of the way. My phone arrived back within a week after a little delay at hungarian customs, which was quickly resolved! Massive thanks and would definitely use again.

A very good service. Particularly as they seem to mainly use DHL.We made sure our parcel was correctly measured and weighed and labelled as instructed. As a result the parcels were collected as expected. The one downside was that the claims for speed of delivery seem to be based on arrival time in the country of destination rather than the final recipient. Parcels to both New Zealand and the Philippines arrived later than expected, although this was less of a surprise in the Philippines, time taken for arrival in Auckland and arrival at the final destination was few days longer than expected. Despite this we would use WPS Ltd next time we have to send parcels as all of our previous experiences with other couriers have been awful.

I find the website easy to use although of course the French demand a list of itdems in the paercel and rercording that is really frustrating...I can never find the right description...but that's not the fault of World wide Parcels. I tracked my last parcel, it arrived in Lyons within 24 hours of me dropping it off at a DPD depot which is conveniently close to me...great I thought!!! It sat there inLyons for FIVE days before arriving late for my daughter in law's birthday. Probab;y the problem lay outwityh your control at WorldWide but frustrating...usually a good service.

I sent my parcel to Spain without realizing that the recipient had to pay the custom tax in order to receive it due to Brexit. It was my fault that I did not check that, but it would had been very helpful if WPS had sent me a reminder about it. The custom tax was so expensive that I had to send the parcel back to the UK, they were all Christmas' gifts for my family. It was a real shame! Apart of that, my parcel arrived perfectly well. WPS kept me informed of the delivery date and I had an option to change it.

Used a couple of times and appears to work well. Am going to use again and would recommend the service.
