I have used the services of this organisation to send very important and valuable documents to India. Having used Royal Mail's secure service three times which resulted in important documents being lost, I was a bit reluctant to use a courier service. I must say I have been able to avoid a trip to India because I have been able to send the documents on time. I am very impressed and I strongly recommend this organisation for courier services to India where security really matters.

I choose this service for the 2-day delivery option and payed the higher rate. Because of last minute border close by French I couldn't have family over for Christmas and I had to send the presents to them to Belgium. With the 2 day option my parcel should have arrived well on time for Christmas. But never did. At no point I was informed that delay was expected, they were happily charging me for 2 day delivery which actually happened after a week. I do appreciate Christmas chaos and Covid delays but I do not think It's acceptable to be charged for something known not to happen. Also, difficult to contact and insensitive call handlers I'll look elsewhere next time

Scheduled collection on the 7th of January but no one came and pick it up. Specifically meant to that day as i requested off so as somebody would be there to greet the courier. Wasn’t able to contact anyone as their hotlines are closed on a friday. Dropped an email and it was answered on Monday. They rescheduled collection during that day. Im just dissappointed at how sometimes collections somehow don’t register on their system as i have experienced this again before, scheduled 4 to be picked up but only 2 was registered.

We have used Worldwide before as they have never failed to deliver a speedy and reliable service. This time, post Brexit, was a little different as we had to go through emails with the Customs in France. However, the parcel was picked up on time, and was still delivered to our door within a matter of a few days. We shall continue to use this brilliant service.

Very happy with this service, and prices are very competitive. I've used WPS for 2 years to send packages to family in USA. Collection from home has been simple, on the day requested. Delivery has been within 4-5 days. This year, WPS located a parcel on which I put the wrong zipcode. It was addressed to Denver instead of Seattle. I emailed about the error and they delivered it a couple of weeks later. The only reason I have not given 5 stars, is that I did not receive any acknowledgement of my email. I know Christmas and New Year holidays were in the way. I was going to chase it, but heard that the parcel had been delivered. I was very grateful.

I gave a 1* review after my parcel was not picked up on the arranged date but I must say I’ve been nothing but impressed by Worldwide Parcel Service responding to my review. Amy in customer services emailed me and within a day my parcel Pick up was rescheduled, collected and has arrived in the USA 2 days after collection. My family in the states are overjoyed and I must now give 5 stars as they have resolved the problem speedily and kept me informed via email every step Of the way. I shall use their service again without hesitation.

Carrier took several attempts to pick item up and the staff were good at rebooting. Items were delivered on time and at a reasonable cost

Did everything as expected. Straightforward to get a quote. Listed everything that was in the parcel on line, sealed the box, labelled and chose a collection date. Parcel was collected on the chosen day (Thursday in UK) tracked 24 hours later and arrived in USA the following Monday. Excellent. I had never sent a parcel via this service before (always smaller parcels with Royal Mail) and was very impressed by the speed of the service. Read the terms and conditions though before purchasing additional insurance. I did and therefore didn’t buy any. A personal choice.

I've used Worldwide Parcel Services twice now, sending low value parcels to Switzerland. Parcels were collected and delivered promptly by a reputable carrier at a reasonable price. Excellent service, what more can you ask?

So more fool me! This was the 2nd request I made with this company. The first one allowed for the booking and money to be paid then cal leeks it saying they didn’t deliver there! Terrible service which confirmed a pick up and then cancelled it and I even had to ask for a refund and the person who I was dealing with said they would have to check with a supervisor (happy to share the screen shots on here if it was possible), the refund wasn’t automatic and despite taking my money when they couldn’t fulfil an order, they took 5 days to refund it. I foolishly came back a second time and again, the booking was cancelled. I did fulfil the customs info as disputed and it was just straight away cancelled with no request for additional info! You use a courier company to guide you through these things and all this company does is take your money and then cancel your confirmed collection. Would definitely not recommend and will never use again. As the company has told lies below I think this is all the consumer needs to know.
