Very helpful on phone prior to posting to Norway. Picked up and delivered expediently. Faster than royal Mail. Able to track and kept updated throughout. All arrived with no breakages. Would definately use again

Very pleased to use this company for the second Christmas running for sending a family parcel to Switzerland . Not only will they accept parcels above the weight which Royal Mail will accept, they charge much less than other major carriers, using their excess capacity. The process is efficient, from booking the collection to delivery the other end. Since Brexit, however, weights of individual items have to be detailed-don’t be caught out like me and have to unpack and repack the parcel. Not down to the company though.

Package with Xmas presents was rejected by over-zealous Spanish customs but WPS (actually DHL) managed to get it back to us. Royal Mail failed with a similar package send by a relative

We always used WPS for parcels to family in Italy. Sadly customs requirements has prevented us from sending most of their gifts since Brexit. However we still use them for parcels within UK and can't fault their service, from collection and tracking to delivery.

Great service. Parcel was collected on time. I was advised of import duties before the parcel arrived. It was delivered 2 days early which was perfect for Christmas.

We sent a 22kg parcel to family in Wyoming, USA - the least populous state, so everywhere feels remote to us. The parcel was collected promptly on a Monday in mid - December and was received by Friday - and there was no 'remote area surcharge'!

Avoid using W P S and D H L is my message to anyone thinking of using W P S to send something via the company D H L. My experience this week. I got a email from W P S this Monday 20th Dec 2021 demanding I pay an outstanding amount on my package sent to Korea. This package was correctly sized , 12kg max & it was fully paid for by me & was collect from my home by D H L on the 1st December 2021. It was delivered to the address Korea on the 6th December 2021. No mention of damage or sizing issues then. This 1st email on Monday 20th from W P S was incorrect and also menacing with highlighted terms and in a subsequent email from W P S a warning they may take me to county court! W P S in fact got the amount they said D H L said was outstanding incorrect. They demanded from me £15.75 when in fact it correctly calculated to £8.63. After me emailing a number of times to W P S and pointing out a number of their factual errors , including their stumped up charge this lower amount was paid up by me this morning 22/12/2021 at around 11.30am. I just didn't want the hassle of taking it further. My package was square when it left my home with the courier D H L. The photo from D H L showed a packaged ( no labels to ID as mine) squashed, crushed and miss shapened that clearly had got that way in transit after it was collect from my home. I have a clear photo of my package just before collection with labels on and viewable. The extra charges were because D H L said my box was out of the dimensions I had declared on my invoice of a square 39 x 39 x 39 cms. The last email from W P S and signed Richard which I received today dated 22/12/2021 10.40am. He ended by him rudely saying 'You must not use our services again' Rest assured I have no intention what so ever to use either D H L or W P S services again. Full details , photo of my package and my emails sent and received I have kept. Avoid using W P S and D H L is my strong suggestion after my bad experience this week.
