I booked a parcel to Norway & DHL was at my door within the hour to collect it and it arrived in Norway in the same condition I sent it in; no dings, dents not even a smudge. And it arrived a day earlier than quoted but and best of all, economical on my pocket so very happy with this service. Will definitely use again in case it was a fluke lol.

Great service, first time using after Brexit, answered all my questions. DHL the company that actually handled my package, was great at answer my emails with my questions about customs and which steps to take regarding to get my package out of portuguese customs. Informed about the extra costs since the begining. After all the paperwork and payment of customs fees delivery within a day, the whole process took about 10 days to get through but I believe it was because it was my first time dealing with the new process, i'am positive that in the future the process will be slightly quicker. Will use it again if needed.

Sent one recently and it arrived just under one week which is amazing seeing as airlines still have a few issues with covid.
