Just placed our first order as a company, after 24h they writed us back saing the components wasn't available anymore at the same price, so they offered us the same components but at 76$/pcs insthead of 7$!!!! Very disappointed, never trust their site stock and prices anymore. The 3 stars are only for customer service
Winsource has been my go to sources for hard to get components that are unavailable in major stockists like mouser, digikey, E14 and RS. The pricing is very transparent and the staff will make sure to discuss with you if there is any price change, which is a good business practice. Most critically, they deliver on time, and their parts have been genuine.
Product availability is pretty good, sometimes product is available and they will cancel your order and raise the price. However, it is usually on hard to find items and we need them anyway. Good resource as a last resort when no one else has things.
Great service and components are new and original
We have been working with Win Source for over 2 years now. We have often managed to find a solution with them. Communication and responsiveness is good. Prices are not always in our target, but good compared to competitors. So far, we have not had any technical problems with the purchased components. Supplier to recommend
I've found WIN-SOURCE to be quite easy to deal with. If you actually get a price quote from a customer service representative, rather than going solely by what the website says, then it's going to be more accurate. I did have an issue on my last order with some parts being short, but I was credited the difference with very little hassle. Bella has been very helpful, and also patient with my endless quote requests. Also, the stickers that came with the order were an unnecessary but fun addition.
I've used Winsource for parts supplying several times and they save the day with their supply. This time and typically they complete the order in full with no alteration but sometimes they do need to alter due to lack of stock and they always communicate that and ask for guidance on how I would like to proceed. All of that said, I am a little concerned by their prices. They skyrocket when supply is low. Now, I understand how supply and demand work but I would say that overall Winsource is a burden on the parts market because they always seem to have stock when no else does, leading me to believe they buy parts with the intent to sell them at a markup.
Up to now, we have only purchased smaller amounts of IC's in order to evaluate. Everything has been positive to this point. My contact at Win Source is very professional and responds quickly and clearly. The time from purchase order to delivery is quick and the components have been packed well. The products match the description in the quote. Prices are.... well... considerably higher but ok in comparison. One negative thing - do not trust their web page when coming to stock. We needed to shift to personal contact but after that all information has been clear.
Win-Source is a great source for quality hard to find parts.

Zum wiederholten Male haben wir Bauteile bestellt und nicht erhalten. Die Firma ködert Kunden mit hohen Bauteil Beständen, die dann nach der Bestellung doch nicht auf Lager sind. Dann wird angeboten, die Komponenten auf dem freien Markt zu suchen. Definitiv das letzte Mal, dass wir hier eine Bestellung aufgegeben haben. Zumindest haben wir unser Geld wiederbekommen.

I checked on a part number whose stock was showing as 4500 pcs. Price USD 20 for 15+ qty. I decided to chose 15 pcs. Voila I get a mail saying "I am sorry that the online data did not update in time. Our previous stock sold out now only have several XXX part no. available. Available at a price of USD 279.25. LOL
Full of S**t The take the money and they drop dead with a stupid message like below "Dear Aurelian, Thanks for your order. We checked the pins of products were oxidated. Old date code. Sorry we have to cancel this order. Accounting team will refund the payment to you asap. Thanks for understanding." This is a pattern it happen before for me (see my other reviews) - I've been offered 100 USD to take down the bad review. Just placed another order with them ... probably will happen the same but I'm willing to give them a chance and post a good reviews if they do the right thing, time will tell. Aurelian
Quick and straight-forward! Requested a few samples for a prototype, approved the next day. Shipping cost is not prohibitive and the parts are free of charge. Good over-all experience, will order again next time!

When Win Source has the best price it is a very good price. Sometimes their prices are much higher than other places. But, that is expected in these times.
