We have been doing business with Win Source since 2019, and placed about 80 orders. There has never been any problem with the quality. Indeed, some of our orders have been cancelled. Due to materials shortages and severe inflationary impacts of component prices increasing in some cases by several times, but their sales representative Rita Lee takes good care of us, she is a person with very rich business experience, She will recommend us alternative materials and provide free samples.and ask about our production schedule, when new batches arrive Let us know at the time that multiple orders will be shipped in one box to save us part of the shipping cost.

We have had a problem with this company for a long time. Since they defaulted on refunds for us, we have not received any response to messages. This applies to both the support and service mailbox, as well as the sales representative in charge of handling our company. During a phone call they conveyed that they would look into the matter, yet nothing has been done. The matter drags on for several months. After oblication of this text, the problem was solved smoothly. All arrears have been cleared. Allegedly, this was due to health problems of sales representative

WinSource has hard to find components at reasonable prices. They have excellent delivery times - you would think their warehouse was next door.

I've been working with Win Source since May 2022. and my contact Nancy is great. Response time is fast and delivery also. They have a large inventory of very hard to find components (although sometimes at a very high prices). I can recommend Winsource.

Good impression overall. Parts bit overpriced but there is no other option currently. Good shipping speed which is appreciated.

Win Source has quite the stock on electronic parts while lots of other distributors are struggling getting parts during Pandemic. My contact at their customer service Jane Dai is knowledgeable and responsive. Really enjoy doing business with the company and working with the individual.
