Asked for a quote which was provided, however they later found that they could not get the part and offered an alternative at a higher price. This was obviously not acceptable but they did eventually repay most of our money. Still waiting for refund of the associated bank charges.
As a small oem, we have ordered several times form Winsource. Very fast and professional response. Ordered parts arrived as agreed (original parts, quantity, etc) Since there was lot of information lately about fraudulent activities in component sourcing from Hong Kong I thought it would be ok to remind others that there are also very serious and dependable companies there doing component sourcing .
