Win-source has taken some getting used to but after months of ordering I have trust that they will deliver any product I order timely and accurately. The ordering of product that is in stock is easy one. I do wish that the payment by PayPal reflected Win-source and not a different name (this was very confusing at first). When I have dealt with reps they have always been a pleasure to work with.
Evelyn Ye has given us, Ampex Data Systems, one of the best customer service experiences. She has helped with keeping us up to date on when our order has shipped and docked. She watches it from start to finish. Even though China is 12 hours ahead, she will answer questions and will sacrifice her sleep to do so!
