A good range of vans at competitive prices backed up by good customer service. Problems with obtaining reliable delivery dates for new vans, but this may be a manufacturer/logistical issue outside of the control of Wilsons (Loadsofvans), so it may be unfair of me to downgrade form 5 to 4 stars.....but they need to sort it out!
I recently purchased a Renault Clio from this dealership and Lawrie and Subah on their sales team could not have been more helpful. They were very patient in explaining all the features and options to help me decide on the right vehicle for my needs. Any questions I had they answered promptly and with great knowledge. I really appreciated their patience and expertise which made the car buying experience easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a Nissan Juke and Ali looked after me. I was very indecisive & test drove 4 separate vehicles on a very busy Sat. Ali went above and beyond to answer my questions and was very patient. I even visited again the next day to check I had made the right decision and again he was patient and courteous. I write to thank Alfred Majek ( Alfie) for all his assistance in my purchase of a Nissan Qashqai Tekna+ which was a one-year-old car. Modern cars are not simple. There is so much 'online' paperwork to do that unless one is of sub 25 age group, there will be a struggle to get all functionalities on board. Alfie sorted all that out with a few flicks on my mobile and I am paired - whatever that means. Thank you, Alfie. Being a used car, there were a few minor issues but I must say, Alfie, attended to me immediately and sorted out things with much cheer. He is a credit to Wilsons. Wilsons give the impression of being a caring company. Although we live about 10 miles away and there are Nissan Dealers nearby, I will be taking my car there for service. Well done, Alfie. I am impressed.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Having booked an appointment over the phone yesterday to view a used car this afternoon, we drove over an hour to get to Wilson’s in Epsom. As we approached the garage we were called to inform us the car had been sold - apparently by “someone who walked in off the street and bought it” A more honourable business would have requested any prospective purchasers wait a few minutes while they honoured a pre-arranged appointment, but not this one. We turned around and drove over an hour to get home, where I (stupidly) hoped for an apologetic email, but unsurprisingly - no… Having wasted an entire afternoon and a considerable amount of petrol, I would avoid this unethical establishment at all costs.
Thank you to Mick for all his help this afternoon in looking at the options and finding the best one for me. Can’t believe he even came in under budget! Wilson’s have never let me down and go from strength to strength. Thanks also to Jay for his efficient organisation of todays meeting!
Ciara was absolutely brilliant. How refreshing to have a genuine, friendly, honest person selling you a car. Everyone I came into contact with at Wilsons Epsom was super friendly, from the guy helping you in the car park through to the manager. I can’t recommend them enough.

My wife has a Hyundai Kona on Motability supplied from Wilsons in 2021. When it was due for it's first service last year (2022) we didn't receive any reminders that a service was due and by the time we realised it had gone past the due date. On dropping off the car for the arranged service I found the reception staff very unhelpful making out it was our responsibility. When picking the car up after the service I explained to a different receptionist who said that they should have notified me. As we were now on their list we would be notified this year when it was due. That hasn't happened and when I tried to book for the service I was told that there wasn't any vacancies available until May 2 weeks past the due date. No apologies. I enquired about a pick up and drop off service and was told due to shortage of staff that wouldn't happen. I asked what were the alternatives and was curtley told there wasn't any. Just to drop the car off at 10:30 and to collect it at 17:30. As we are both in our mid 70's and their workshop isn't on any bus routes, I explained that it would be very difficult for us to do this. He retorted that they would call a taxi for us but we would have to pay for it. This isn't the expected service we would have expected from a large company like Wilsons. We have a Mobility car for a reason as my wife is disabled and a wheelchair user. I am 76 and can't walk any further than 100yds unaided. I Have just heard from a senior member of management who has apologised with the treatment I received and has promised to deal with it. So I'm increasing my star recommendation from 1 star to 3 because of his response. With possible to more changes in the future.
