We bought a Jeep recently, sales people were attentive up to the moment we paid the deposit, after that, I felt I was just buying doughnuts from saynsbury…even though I was spending 33k, they didn’t reply to my emails when asking questions about the car, the sales guy said didn’t receive them, even though I had the proof they were sent. But the worse was when we went to collect the car, the Jeep sales guy had promised stickers would be removed from the car before collection, guess what… they were still there and the worse was the excuse they gave us… the Jeep sales manager said he was not sure if we wanted them removed (even though there were many emails from me and them reconfirming that they would be removed)so he left them and I wonder… why not just a simple telephone call to ask?… obviously they knew we were waiting 2 weeks for the car and once we are at Epsom we wouldn’t go back empty handed… He promised someone would come to our address, collect the car and remove the stickers, well… after more than one month…. Nothing is done.
