Lovely service from Lucy and the team at Peugeot!! They kept in touch throughout the process of buying electric, couldn’t be happier with my new car. Thank you so much Lucy for making it a stress free process.
Greg Fox was brilliant! Helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patient! Great dealership definitely recommend!!
Jack was very helpful and informative during my enquiry and subsequent purchase of my used Mazda MX5.
Excellent experience, very happy with my car. Huge shout out to Latte and Alex from the Hyundai team
We weren’t sure what our next car would be so thought with so many cars on site Wilsons would be a good place to start looking. Luckily we met Sam who asked us what we use a car for, discussed various options, showed us some different specifications. Better still he found a car which ticked all the boxes and has made the process so easy to navigate.
Highly Unethical Dealership. They sold us a car saying that the car had done 9000 miles and made us do all the paperwork for finance. When we collected the car the mileage was 12,500. Even on the day of collection they wrote 9000 miles on the selling document. They never apologised for it. Then after few months we found out that the 12 volt battery was damaged. The hyundai dealership asked us to take it to Wilsons for replacement. Wilsons first charged us £120 for diagnostics while we had clearly asked them only for battery replacement because the diagnostics was already done and the AAC guy had given us a temporary battery. Then they said they want £220 for the battery. We refused to pay this much for the battery because you can get it for £100 anywhere outside. When we went to collect the car we found out that they had damaged the temporary battery which was working fine till now. We have now no option but to pay them for the battery as well. So we struggled for months with a faulty battery and then pay thrice to the same unethical people who had given us false information all throughout. Has anyone complained about Wilsons to Motor Ombudsmen? Please share your views here.
I was giving Wilsons a second chance and wish I hadn't bothered, if you are reading this find yourself another garage this one is a 's**t show'. They have no idea what customer service is and on Saturday I had a text saying I have 'pending some maintenance work' phone 01372 736078, had no reply to my text back asking what they were on about so phoned the number four times this morning each time no one answered! They charge £198 an hour for labour. I had problems when buying the car and again with the MOT they don't deserve any business.
Very professional, friendly, polite, explained the car fixtures and order. Greg did not rush me to make decisions.
Harry has been absolutely amazing. Helped me so much throughout the process and got me my dream car for such a good price. It’s been a pleasure working with him and honestly could not get better service.
Was miss sold a car with pre existing issues which led to other problems down the line costing me thousands to repairs. Raised a dispute with wilsons and told me they don't have the right diagnostic kit for the vehicle. and tryed to send me over 40 miles to a main dealer ship as it's main dealer parts only
Sales process was great and smooth. Since walking out the door though not a reply to a call or voicemail and no way to email them. Car still needs updates and charging leads not delivered - here as a last resort
Great customer service, very helpful
Follow up from 15 June post…despite promising (twice) to get someone to come back to me, they have not, nothing! Life’s too short so last post and thoughts: Do not give this dealership your business or cash…they don’t deserve it, go elsewhere as other companies will do what they say and behave decently and treat you better.
Excellent sales Rep. attentive and informative
The dealership has a car for everyone. The service is impeccable. Specifically Tom made the whole process easy, efficient and personal. Great place with lovely people!
Life is rarely perfect but I didn't feel the clutch judder & aircon they investigated on my Hyundai was well handled. 6 weeks just to get an appointment didn't help when the warranty was close to expiring. In trying to get to a solution I was told "let me speak to the Service Manager and he (or I ) will call you back". This was said numerous times (at least 4) and it just didn’t happen, including a request to get the car booked back in. I’ve been left with one unresolved issue that should be covered by the warranty. On the second item, labour charges of ~£170/hour were just eye watering and hard to justify. You can often judge customer service the best when things go wrong. Wilson’s left me feeling let down and frustrated. ******************************************** Update 2nd July - As requested I sent my details on 26th June which were acknowledged by email. And.........nothing. No call. No email. My hunch is that they know they've messed up the potential for me to claim on the warranty. Old school customer service. Say one thing and do another. ************************************************************** Update 9th July Wilsons request more details "to better understand your experience" via Trustpilot, which I provide the same day. And 7 days later? Nothing - no contact whatsoever. That's the reward for being a customer for 3 years!
Really helpful, gave a great deal and great service
Lucy helped me today with a new motability car. She was very knowledgeable about the car. Very transparent not pushy either. Thanks for your help! :)
Thank you, Wilsons Epsom for your support of my new car. Especially to Greg, who is an asset to the team!! He kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was helpful with lots of information.
Excellent when buying the car, shocking when it goes wrong! Broken down twice and this time we've been told they won't look at the car for 2 months and it's undrivable. Then told we sold you a RAC Warranty so take it somewhere else and claim on your warranty. Ask around this seems to be the norm, you have to wait months with a broken car before they will look at it.
