We were looking to trade our Fiat 500 for a new Fiat Hybrid and were introduced to one of Wilson's salesmen, Greg Fox.Greg was very helpful and professional making us feel at ease.His un-biased approach and knowledge enabled us to select a new Fiat car that day.Greg and the whole Wilson's team made the paperwork process from the beginning to the final handover very smooth.Well done Greg for going the extra mile on the day of handover, it was very much appreciated

I reviewed this company when I first bought my qashqai a few months ago. Having suffered teething problems when taking the car back to my home 150 miles from Epson. Every time I phoned the person I needed to speak to was not available, being assured they would return my call it never materialised. I ended up resolving the problems myself. I have had further problems this time the air conditioning was blowing out warm air. I had a years warranty, I spoke to my local nissan dealer explaining the problem they said they didn't think this would be covered and it would cost me approximately £350 to resolve. I paid a local vehicle aircon specialist £190 to pressure test the system to find any leaks and regas.They put a dye in with the gas to show up any leaks and I went back 2 weeks later for them to inspect, there was a leak. I phoned Wilsons to speak to my contact he was on site but busy he would phone me back, again it never happened this was Friday afternoon. I phoned again Monday I was told he was not in and he would phone me back,I told the very nice person on phone this never happens and asked to speak to someone above his status. I was asked to tell the person exactly what was wrong. I explained and he was very surprised,he would speak to their technicians and then speak to the sales director and he would call me back. I did not hold out much hope,however 10 minutes later I had a phone call from the sales director Spencer. He was very apologetic once I explained my problem,he asked me to give him 15 minutes to make some arrangements and he would come back to me. He refunded the money I had spent, he arrange for the car to be collected 150 miles from Epson and a spare car for me to use. The repair was carried out within 2 days and returned to me again 150 miles from Epson. I cannot thank Spencer enough, he restored my faith in Wilsons, it's a pity it took the sales director involvement to sort out my problem.

I had been to a few dealerships before coming to Wilson Epsom, they are by far the best and the least pushy. Greg the motorbility specialist was incredibly helpful and gave me his honest opinion regarding my options, rather than giving negative feedback on the competitors he gave me an educated opinion, he was honest and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his professionalism and decided on the same day to order a brand new Jeep Avenger. The process was smooth and stress free, he kept me informed from the moment I made the order up to the day of handover. The team at Wilson’s are all friendly and helpful, this will be my go to dealership moving forward. Huge thanks to Greg for keeping in touch and helping with enquiries even after handover, I feel very well looked after. I cant him praise enough. 10/10 for service and professionalism. Thanks Greg and the team at Wilson Epsom it was a pleasure.

My salesman was Michael Kidd. Very patient and very knowledgeable. Not a pushy sale at all and found me the best option. I was very particular on day I collected the car and he was accommodating and put himself out to be in on the day.

We bought a second hand Fiat 500 for my daughter in March. The clutch completely failed 6 months later. I understand things can go wrong but they offered zero assistance and never returned calls. We will not be going back.

Quite expensive, unqualified, unprofessional work. I had my Nissan Qashqai checked for Stop/Start error at Wilsons Autos & Coachworks Ltd, Kiln Lane Epsom. The Inspection came with an EML Lighton fault cost £898.42. I have informed the customer service that I will be traveling by car for more than 1000 miles, and I wanted this issue to be solved before traveling. The gentleman assured me that the problem solved and the error is fixed. The next day after driving half the distance the fault came back again whilst driving in the motorway with my family include children under 7 years old. I had to go through a nightmare of recovery and towing the car to a garage, after inspection by Italian garage, the problem was the starter motor which was the common issue relate to Stop/Start error and should have been picked up from the beginning. I went back to Wilson Autos, the gentleman served me was unpleasant no greeting from the start even before I said a word, I assume, he had a bad day. Anyway, I explained to him everything, but he refused to accept anything I have said, did not direct me to the complaint process. Shame, very expensive and worst service.

Firstly I want to thank Mike Carty for all his help, patience and professionalism. Also Ollie. The whole experience was pleasant, with no pressure. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A few issues we're picked up when collecting the car which are being dealt with quickly and efficiently with no quibbling. Thank you.

Purchased a used vehicle and had nothing but problems with it already. I have had the vehicle for 7 days and they have had it back at the garage for 10 days in total. I know they sell much more expensive cars, but £13K to my family is a lot of money. They now want to claim the latest issue on warranty. Very stressful time when I really don’t need it. Wish I had never stepped foot in the place. UPDATE 7/10/24 - still no contact with senior management. Can someone please contact me. This car has been back in the garage more than I’ve had it. Fed up with it. Too much going on in life to have this hassle.

I collected a brand new Peugeot 2008 this morning - it is a mobility car - you would never have known - Lucy the Mobility Car specialist was kind, professional - she listened rattle on! Now I've never driven a Peugeot before and was quite nervous - I asked Lucy if she would leave me alone with said car - first thing I did was put it into reverse! So nice and professional there, give Lucy a raise Mr Boss Man....
