Brought my car in after a poor service at 2 other garages. Within 2 days they had found what was causing the problem, repaired it and got it through MOT. Communication was excellent throughout and I won't take my car anywhere else in future. Don't trust your car to anyone else!

To date I've not received any update from Hyundai or Wilsons regarding my ongoing wing mirror camera problems and damage to my car whilst in for repair at Wilsons Epsom. I've made numerous emails and phone calls without any response. Purchased two EV's from them last year and other cars in the past, never again! Updated 23rd July 2024. Anyone else experiencing poor communication from Hyundai Customer Services? I've been enquiring for a year about problems with my car camera mirrors not folding out and fogging up. Between my dealer and them I'm getting broken promises that they will contact each other to resolve the problem. Only yesterday I was promised an email from Hyundai confirming they are waiting on my dealer Wilsons of Epsom to contact then to resolve the problem. That email like all my others hasn't been responded to.

Bought a used car from these guys several months ago. The guys involved in the sale were Ashley and Jamie. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful team.
