I love my excel reef boots so when the pair I bought years ago fell apart I ordered what I thought was an identical pair. However they came up small so had to be returned and replaced with a larger size. The service and support in doing this was exceptional

I ordered wetsuit gloves and accidentally ordered small. I was too late to change it by contacting them but the gloves came quickly and I was able to indicate I’d like a change of size and they were back in no time. No fuss but just efficient!

A huge thanks to a member of your customer service team who helped me last week. I had ordered a wetsuit to go on holiday. Unfortunately, it transpired as the week wore on that it was not going to arrive in time as you had not received the wetsuit yet from O'Neill. I contacted customer service explaining the situation two days before I was to leave and soon after got a call from a team member offering me two alternatives you had in stock that they could ship overnight. It was already quite late in the afternoon and the lovely woman really raced to swap the order and get it processed so that it could get sent in time. She sounded like she had seconds to spare before the Royal Mail pickup! In the end, the wetsuit arrived and was great, I enjoyed my holiday and it made me want to order from you again knowing you will go out of your way to get a product to me!

I just wanted to give a MASSIVE thank you to Katy from Wetsuit Centre... I ordered a wetsuit for my son and unfortunately it arrived in a short arm not long arm! So called and spoke to Katy who re shipped with 24 hour delivery the one I ordered - she even managed to add in an order for wax I placed there and then - VERY EXCEPTIONAL customer service - I will defo be using you guys in the future thanks so much Katy top job...

Slowest shipping and customer service I’ve experienced

I wasn’t sure what type of wetsuit I wanted but the Wetsuit Centre web team were brilliant in helping me choose the one best suited for my needs. I am delighted with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending them for the expertise they provided. Buying made easy - what’s not to like.

Ordered a wetsuit and fin socks, then ordered a pair of Dafins and another pair of fin socks, both orders came within days & were excellent. We are very happy with the customer care from these guys. Definitely our go to website for all things needed for the ocean. Highly recommended.

Ordered two seat covers. The purchase order stated 3-5 days. The items did not arrive. I went to the website and the order then stated on back order. I contacted wetsuit centre and received no reply. At no point should any organisation sell something that they don’t have.
