I order two items from the online shop of wetsuit centre. One item did not fit so returned on that basis. The second item was a t-shirt on which from the photo it looked Maroon in colour but it was actully more a pink colour/dark pink colour. So returned that due to incorrect advertising detail.
The ordering and delivery all went well. Difficult choosing something like a wetsuit online though, I think… obviously because when I finally attempted to try the O’Neil chest-zip on I got as far as into the legs before I was exhausted and couldn’t work out how to get the rest of me in without an episode of claustrophobia! Suffice to say I had to return the wetsuit and shall endeavour to get some in-person assistance to purchase another.
Excellent quality items received but items too small and need to be returned Company offered to refund and would need to apply for VAt refund separately Too much bother and costs - after paying customs and shipping - the return shipping costs 50 percent of items. Regretfully will keep and try to sell privately. Will avoid purchasing in future. My issue for sure - was hoping the purchase would work out.
