I found the website and ordering very easy to navigate and plenty of choice. I ordered my product only to find they had had a technical issue and item wasn't in stock. They emailed me to inform me of the error and offered a generous solution, which I took. Would have been 5 stars other than the small issue but would given then 5 stars for customer service alone for keeping me informed 😊

The item that I originally purchased was out of stock, however I needed some earplugs for swimming so ordered those instead. The item was dispatched really quickly and got to Guernsey 2 days after my original order.

Brilliant service, easy website and great price. Fully informed on delivery schedule and arrived when expected. The orca thermal suit is really lovely. Love the idea of the gloves to prevent damage from nails when getting it on. I ordered an Xl, my dress size is 14, weight 82kgs and height 5 ft 6 inch. There is plenty of stretch which makes it easier to put on. The batwing takes some getting used to as feels a little tight around the neck but could be because it is new. Very pleased with the fit, arm movement is not restricted and can do breaststroke without any tightness. I have yet to try outdoors so cannot comment on boyancy but believe it will be amazing. I would recommend the suit and the company which are offering the best price for the thermal orca.

I love my new wetsuit, tried for the first time today over the 1k lake course. Really soft and easy to get on and off and felt really comfortable when swimming.
Great pricing. Accurate sizing measurements listed which was invaluable due to not having other wetsuit brand sizing and flexibility on hand for comparison. Delivery time from UK to Australia was less than the time it took to travel locally once the wetsuit was over here and the postage costs were less than an hour of my time is worth.
