Good clear web site and swift delivery of order. I was particularly pleased to receive my first pair of Ocean Earth 5mm wetsuit mittens! I was just so fed up with the struggle to get in and out of my old wetsuit gloves, and the difficulty in drying them in time to swim the following day ... but with no individual fingers, the Ocean Earth mittens are super warm, very good for swimming ( feels like I have the flippers of a seal ) and very easy to dry ... perfect!

I ordered one afternoon, paid a little extra for the next day delivery and had it late morning the next day.

The products were dispatched at the expected time frame, when I email with an enquiry regarding dispatch they replied quickly and answered my questions. We had to return a couple of items (nobody’s fault) and the return was handled promptly. Any emails I sent were answered quickly and professionally, the products we received were exactly what we were expecting. I wish it wasn’t an 8 hour round trip to visit in person as I would love to be able to visit the store. I would highly recommend The Wetsuit Center

This company have a terrible 3rd rate after sales service and will deny you any help so hope your item is as they say in the first place. I asked for advice and was given wrong and bad advice which resulted in me buying a Surfboard that isn't fit for what I need. The fins on the board are also wrongly placed and not symmetrical. Avoid this company at all costs there are far better surfing company's out there. My next move is small claims court and reporting to Trading Standards they are that bad. They offered me a £100 board for a £210 board that had been in the sea for 30 mins and most of that time was just floating there not being used and wasn't used to pop up as they stated, I am a complete beginner of 64 with bad knees and needed a decent sized platform so I could learn a 3 stage pop up like the board I used in the Surfing school, all explained but they encouraged me to buy something not fit for my needs. I made a fair offer for a swap and they insulted me with an offer of a swap of a £100 for £210. Lets not forget the board is also not build properly and has wrongly placed fins, this has been proved with photos yet still they wont help unless it is a pittance that they offer. AVOID this lot at all costs or suffer losing lots of money.

Slightly longer delivery time than stated- but only by 2 working days, and it was for an item that is backordered - so held in a warehouse rather than in stock. Very quick to respond to emails- so customer service top notch.
