Everything is good except the wetsuit came inside the thin shipment plastic bag without extra packaging. If the thin layer of plastic bag was torn during shipment, the goods inside could be damaged.

Excellent service. Wetsuit ordered online and it arrived really quickly. Unfortunately we had to change it, nothing wrong with the wetsuit at all just realised we needed a back zip rather than chest zip. I sent an email about the return process which was answered quickly and very clear. Sent the wetsuit back ordered a different one. Refund for original processed quickly and replacement one arrived in plenty of time to give it as a gift. I know the recipient will be very pleased with it.

Didn't have my item in stock so suggested another and replaced it despite it being slightly more expensive for no additional charge to me. Efficient delivery too.

With only relying on description, we were more than impressed with our hats - perfection! We had been looking for a warm but "waterproof" hat for paddle boarding in winter and this ticks the box - fleece lined, good size as covers ears and stays put - plus loop to attach to wetsuits. Never purchased from Wetsuit Centre before but will from now on, easy ordering, smooth transaction and very quick delivery. Great service 😊

Very pleased with my wetsuit purchases to date. Service and communication good and Jeff's Youtube videos are very helpful and informative :)

The website was easy to navigate and the delivery arrived quickly but I was disappointed to see the address label was actually stuck to the original plastic cover. As this is a Christmas gift for my son’s girlfriend it doesn’t look very nice as the address label together with an attempted delivery label from the post office cannot be removed.

I ordered and paid for 2 items. Only 1 came as it was sent out before the items had been picked or checked. However after photographic evidence of package, invoice and unsigned picking and checking note the company apologised and sent the second item out immediately which salvaged credibility and may help management to correct issues to prevent reoccurring for others. I've received a further sincere apology and some recompense for the error in the dispatch department as well as an assurance that the issue has been investigated and rectified so can't reoccur.

The company was very good at processing a return for a substandard wetsuit (the seams had broken within the first week of use). We were happy that we were well supported to obtain a credit note. We purchased a new wetsuit which (was in the sale) and used the credit note id we had. This did mean, however, that we could not get the additional 10% off offer that we should have been able to get on the day of acquisition as there was only a facility to put in one ‘discount code’ not two. So we did miss out on that additional 10% discount. But overall we felt the company were very reasonable in their approach. Edit - the company contacted me immediately about this and refunded the 10% so I cannot fault their service and boosted them up to 5 stars !
