Great product. Well packaged and delivered on time
I ordered a Crewsaver Cag from Wetsuit Centre over a week ago. I was told it was on back order and would be with me by Monday 20 November. It didn't arrive, I emailed and phoned customer service to be told it was definitely on its way from Crewsaver and that I would receive a tracking number when it was dispatched from Wetsuit Centre and would definitely be with me by 1 pm, Wednesday 22 November. By 4 pm this afternoon I had received no confirmation or tracking number. So, I emailed and phoned them again to be told Crewsaver had not sent the Cag - despite being informed yesterday that it was definitely on its way, Crewsaver was blamed for it! I have now cancelled the order, which I needed specially for a course tomorrow. This firm is blatantly selling items that they DO NOT HAVE!! I have this afternoon received an apology from Wetsuit Centre and been informed that they are working with Crewsaver to change their supply system. I am happy to increase their star rating due to this.

Was given the wrong info by WSC on original purchase. Had to send the suit back and received a small discount code. Unfortunately, no other equivalent suit in stock for the same price as the original and so I ended up spending quite a bit more on the replacement.
Nice & smooth transaction, my purchase arrived in Cyprus within a week, which is unusual. Great price too.

Brilliant communications right from the word go! Simple email with my question / requirements and a prompt reply is received with the recommendations, sorted! Followed by fast dispatch and receipt of goods at very competitive prices. What’s not to like! Have ordered before and they have never let me down! Highly recommended!
