Very helpful and friendly people. Our order arrived quickly but unfortunately there had been a mix-up over the size. All resolved by a single phone call and the replacement arrived a few days later. You can often judge an organisation by how well they manage when things don’t go to plan, in this case it couldn’t have been handled better.
I think you can better tell a company when things go wrong. They had an issue with stock (not their fault) and then a supplier issue - and they pulled out all the stops to ensure they had a happy customer. Exceptionally rare these days. If I could give more stars I would!
Great service.
As a "larger person" it was great to find a company stocking wetsuits for the somewhat overweight. I also wanted a two piece suit with a front zip as I am too fat and lazy to struggle with a back zip. The O'Neil Long Johns were perfect for our summer holiday and delivered very quickly. Absolutley delighted with the product and service and I'll be back for the 7mm thick version on return to the UK as I don't like the cold either.
I had a problem with my order, the store offered me same wetsuit but new model with same price. The communication was very good too. I can´t be more satisfied. Totally recommend.

This is the first purchase I made from this company, a wetsuit. Felt website easy to navigate and received my purchase promptly. Unfortunately the wrong wetsuit. Mistakes happen, let's see how they correct it. Emailed them with details, received a reply with return label to use and an apology. In same email they said they would send replacement immediately, not wait for me to return the one I had and that's what happened. Great customer service, sorted mistake quickly and efficiently.
