Prompt delivery of goods. The size turned out to be wrong but the return process was simple and refund similarly prompt. Ordered replacement at right size which again was straightforward.

Placed an order, on line, with the Wetsuit Centre in Boscombe, Bournemouth. My order was delivered the very next day; very impressive. This was given as a Christmas present to my daughter who was very pleased. She has previously purchased from the Wetsuit Centre above and rated them highly.

Efficient service
I send a message prior to purchasing about the width - I have quite a wide fish - they responded pretty quickly. It was delivered very promptly. There’s enough room all the way around my board to protect it from my clumsy handling. It’s well made and the quality looks good.
Fast and reliable service
The website was really easy to use with all the necessary information to make sure I bought the correct size and fit of wetsuit. The prices for each different wetsuit were competitive and there was ample choice across the range for different sizes, fits and features which all made choosing the right wetsuit really easy. Delivery was quick, free and straightforward - this meant I didn't have to wait long for my wetsuit to arrive, and in perfect condition, ready to use immediately.
Able to obtain advice over the phone,helpful as so many options. Flexibility,the item was dispatched the same day even after cut off time and arrived for Christmas.
The parcel was dispatched straightaway But eviri have not delivered yet saying there is a delay, when it’s sat in their local warehouse. Please change delivery company’s as I’ve had this experience with Evri before.
