Told when the product would arrive and it did
Ordered women’s size 18 shorty wetsuit did not fit. Contacted customer services. It was suggested I could order another wetsuit and return 1st and 2nd together if needed : This is what I did : again wrong fit. I sent back to address given. This was a week ago and am still waiting for refund. I have not been contacted by customer services to confirm this. As payment taken when ordered I would expect refund by return. My details were included in returned wetsuits. Please wetsuit outlet let me know when refund will be sent.

Went in for some new boots and ended with a new hood aswell as my old one rubs my neck. Didn't even think about trying a thinner hood until Ben suggested one. great service and advice. They are all really good surfers and not just some salesman that don't know their products. Always use these guys for my equipment and Dean is always very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit if you need anything surf related.
