A generic wetsuit purchasing experience. The price advertised was not what I ended up paying. Some explanation about oh we have to re order your order through the manufacturer... Not impressed with the process Suit looks fine

I ordered a dry robe for my grandson as it was a very good price. Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the order. However I called the Wetsuit Centre and spoke to Jeff and Katy both of whom were very friendly and helpful. I then received the item very quickly. I would definitely recommend the company and would use them again!

We were very impressed with the level of service we received from the Wetsuit Centre. They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We had been looking for somewhere to go to try on different wetsuits to find the ideal one and this proved to be the perfect place. They had a wide range of options to choose from and we had loads of help from the assistants in making our choice. We would highly recommend this shop.

Bought a central surfboard fin. Product came promptly via royal mail and was exactly as described. Went surfing the next day, which is always a bonus.
I brought some booties but got the wrong size, I contacted customer services and was pleased to speak with a representative and they assured me that a change of item wouldn’t be a problem. Also on the same call they sent me a link to another item I was interested in and I brought that item as well.
