I sent a return back for a bigger size, item was sent special delivery by myself , i had no email or confirmation from them that they had received it so few days later I rang them up, the person l at other end picked up the receiver then hung up on me without speaking, I called back to which I was told the wetsuit was received but they were just waiting for new stock, i said ok cool no worries, two weeks past had no contact from them so I rang again the same thing happened phone was answered then they hung up straight away without answering, this happened twice more until finally I got through to the shop, dude said he would ring back, he never did, an hour later received an email saying I’d be refunded as they didn’t have a suitable replacement, it turns out on the website it showed an identical suit in the right size in black which they could have sent, anyways now I’m still waiting to be refunded which I’ve been told takes 7 to 10 days, this is bad customer service so I would shop elsewhere beware just being honest and pissed off cos I needed that suit pronto missed waves cos of them

Despite a delay to my order because of a delay by the supplier I received my order in an acceptable time. It was sent by Royal Mail so was actually delivered and not randomly thrown over my garden fence as some other delivery agents have done. Good product at a good price. would use again.

These are fantastic 5 mm gloves for winter swimming. I did 1.7 km in the sea on a cold Scottish Jan morning and my hands did not get cold. I paid the money and the gloves arrived in mint condition. I’ll be using them every year now.
