I was looking for windsurf suit and since I was not lucky to get my preferred brand (Xcel) and size in one of the shops in EU (I'm EU citizen), I got it in Sorted Surf Shop. This is my second web purchase in Sorted Surf Shop and to me the Wetsuit Centre/Sorted Surf Shop is go-to wetsuit shop. The people there are kind and willing to give you professional advice and what is important they seem to have adequate stock of wetsuits and size selection. Buying experience, incl. phone contact prior to purchase, just to be sure about the size and model, and delivery was smooth and fast. The only drawback to me is that the wetsuit was shipped wrapped in a plastic bag only without any additional protection - carton box would do a better job to protect mishandling by mail and customs personnel. That's why 4 stars and not five. Best, G.
Had a pair of Zone3 gloves split after 3mths. Contacted the Wetsuit Centre l, sent them all the pictures and after they spoke to Zone3 they offered to replace them straight away. Excellent customer service and speedy replacement sent. Would highly recommend.

Ordered board, leash and wax. Board was advertised as coming with fins but they had missed in the delivery. I contacted the great team by email and the missing fins were dispatched the same day along with a complementary sex wax air freshener. Can't complain the follow up service was excellent!
Kind of disappointing that I got a request for a review before I have even received my item. Today was day 10 of the 7 to 10 working days quoted and still no sign of it, not even of it being shipped. Following on from this review I have had a fantastic response from Wetsuit Centre with a full explanation for the delay in getting my order and an offer to replace with a similar item and a further wee discount. Kiani was great. Would definitely buy from Wetsuit Centre again. Just keep your customers informed of delays ...😊👍🌟

Website was easy to navigate. Good selection of photos of the item I wanted to buy. Once ordered, despite being over the Easter bank holiday, the item arrived within a couple of days and before its estimated day of delivery. And I love it ! It’s a dry robe and is fantastic quality, exactly as described and true to size 🙂
