Service après-vente fantastique Lors de la livraison de mon appareil, le couvercle s'est avéré cassé. (cela peut toujours arriver bien sûr) Seulement 1 email et 2 jours plus tard, un nouveau couvercle a été envoyé Ensuite, j'ai eu une question sur l'appareil lui-même. Chaque e-mail a reçu une réponse très rapide (en quelques heures), puis j'ai été appelé pour tout clarifier. HAUT Je ne peux pas encore dire grand-chose sur l'appareil. Sauf que mon eau est sans calcaire et fonctionne normalement. Mais l’installation est assez simple et vous pouvez trouver de nombreuses vidéos en ligne. Le seul inconvénient est que l'application que vous pouvez télécharger est destinée aux anciennes versions d'Android et ne fonctionne donc pas sur mon appareil Android. Entreprise fortement recommandée 5 étoiles plus que méritées Fantastic after service When my device was delivered, the lid turned out to be broken. (can always happen of course) Only 1 email and 2 days later a new lid was sent Then I had a question about the device itself. Every email was answered very quickly (within a few hours). And then I was called to clarify everything. TOP I can't say much about the device yet. Except that my water is lime-free and works normally. But the installation is quite simple and you can find many videos online. The only disadvantage is the app that you could download is for older Android versions and therefore does not work on my Android device Company highly recommended 5 stars more than deserved

To start with the good, I found the customer service extremely responsive, replying most often within 12 hours. The middle: The product is OK, nothing special, made in China like so many of these water softener. The bad: the instruction manual is just rubbish. Easy to follow, no problem with that, but the settings are ridiculously off. Like telling you to set the system for a regen every 1,200L whereas the quantity of resin and the ardess of my water implies a regen every 8,000 Litres => Do not trust the setting for the time before regen, test it by yourself by not doing a regen for a long time, measuring hardness every morning and counting how many litres have been consumed until hardness goes up. Also the instruction are so bad that it does not mention the screw on the left that allows to adjust the hardness (basically a small bypass valve allowing you to mix soft and hard water if you don't want a 100% soft water. Lastly, packaging was pretty much destroyed on arrival (but item works fine).

Ho acquistato sul loro sito con uno sconto di fine gennaio del 20% un addolcitore W2b200 con incluso nel prezzo kit di installazione con tubi flessibili e detergente per pulizia resine. Mi hanno inviato solo l'addolcitore senza i due prodotti in aggiunta.. dopo numerose mail facevamo finta di non capire inviando numeri di tracking dei prodotti mancanti inesistenti. Morale della favola ho dovuto fare un reclamo tramite paypal per farmi sentire e hanno spedito tramite la piattaforma Amazon facendomi aspettare oltre 15 giorni dalla data dell'ordine. Assistenza clienti a dir poco imbarazzante e al numero di telefono assistenza di Roma non risponde mai nessuno.

I have been dealing with Steven and the Water2buy team for 0ver 15 years. Always have a 5 star experience with them with undersink RO units. Simple straightforward install instructions for user installs. videos are even provided that makes set up easy. Products once serviced have been trouble free. I have and will recomended Water2buy.

Site à fuir, commande passée le 11/12, aucune nouvelle (soit disant toujours un problème de stock alors que le produit est toujours en vente sur le site). Numéro de téléphone France qui ne répond jamais. Un agent sur le chat qui dit envoyer le lien DPD mais toujours rien non plus ... à fuir ça sens l'arnaque.

Non comprate da loro !!!! Ho fatto un ordine e mi hanno mandato i prodotti sbagliati, fanno finta di non capire le richieste fatte via mail per l'annullamento degli oridini e un ordine dal 140 € non mi è mai arrivato (ma l'addebito su carta di credito si) , sto aspettando ancora il rimborso. Siamo a livello di truffa !

Ho ordinato il 25/11/2023 un addolcitore modello X. Ad oggi il fornitore non sa dirmi quando spedirà. Per chi vuole comperare un addolcitore WATER2BUY consiglio di verificare eventuale disponibilità a magazzino o optare per un altro marchio.

Salve, ho acquistato a luglio 2023 Water2Buy W2B800, subito dopo aver installato l'addolcitore ho incominciato ad avere problemi, acqua oliosa, durezza dell'acqua anzichè migliorare è peggiorata notevolmente, ho chiamato circa 1000 volte in diversi giorni al centro assistenza, ma senza esito non hanno mai risposto, ho inviato anche diverse email, mi hanno risposto dandomi una configurazione da effettuare, ma ahimè.....senza esito, tutto invariato, provo nuovamente a contattarli tramite email, ma non rispondono più, quindi, personalmente sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare questo prodotto, state alla larga per evitare problemi e buttare soldi.

We have had the worst experience, its been 4 weeks snice delivery and we are no closer to getting it fitted by them after pay £290 for installation. We have called a number of time but never get any answers and when they say they will call you back that also doesn't happen.

Point of Contact: Steven from Water2buy Product: Reverse Osmosis Drinking System. Issue: Replacement Filters went up in price by 212% without warning within a year of Purchase. These filters are needed for the running of the filter. They have to be replaced every 6 months. I was not informed when I originally purchased the item to expect the price to more than double. It is clearly unfair business practice and I am guessing this is illegal and have sent a complaint to trading standards. Resolution: None. But they have acknowledged the problem and have promised to match pricing. Customer Service: Disgusting. It has been almost 3 months and they are still chasing their tail. Communication: 20th June: First complaint highlighting the issue. 23rd June: First response, promise to get back to me. Offered a discount of 20%. 24th June: Rejected Discount. Highlighted bad business practice. 1st July: Chased them for a response 4th July : Water2buy asked for a phone number to contact me. 6th July: I asked them to keep it via email and communicated all the points 7th July: Water2buy offered a full refund of the whole system. I provided all the details the same day. 11th July: Water2buy finally got in contact but only asked for a phone number. I responded this is not convenient and asked to keep communication via email. 13th July: Insisted on the phone number. I provided same day. 14th July: Chased them for a phone call. Called them 20 minutes on hold and no one picked up. 18th July: Finally got through to them. They offered to give me the original price of replacement filters. I provided all the details for them to send me codes to purchase on website. Asked for written confirmation. 19th July : Steven confirmed codes will work for lifetime. Now waiting for Codes 24th July: No codes, sent them a reminder email. Response from Steven. 'Hello Yes i have asked the web team and they will send you email today' 25th July: I sent them a reminder email. 27th July: I sent them a reminder email. 28th July: Response from Steven 'Yes the team will have it done today for you they are just checking over it to make sure it will work all the time thank s' 31st July: I sent them a reminder email. 1st August: Response from Steven 'Yes the team will have this today for you there are just testing it to make sure it works ok Hello,' 2nd August: I sent them a reminder email. 8th August: I sent them a reminder email. 9th August: Response from Steven 'Hello I just follow up with the team and they said they email you the codes did you get them ok ' .... I confirmed I did not get them. 10th August: Response from Steven 'Hello I ask the team on this for you this morning and i will have the code for you with in the next hour' .....I waited, no codes. I called Steven. promised me to resolve and to send 2 free filter sets. I asked for written confirmation of next steps immediately after the call. He promised to do so within 10 minutes. No confirmation. I sent him an email asking for confirmation. No response. 11th August: Steven responded 'Yes we have the set of filters on the way to you and you will have that with in the next 2-3 days' He ignored all the other points in the email. I emailed backed asking him to confirm the other points. 11th August: Link sent to me with codes. THE CODES DO NOT WORK!!!!!! I informed him immediately. No response. 14th August: I sent them a reminder email asking for a response. 15th August: Steven ' Hello Very sorry about this i have the team checking on this' 22nd August: I sent them a reminder email. A whole week and no follow up. 25th August: Steven 'Hello Yes I have ask the two for the update on this' I responded immediately very frustrated. 31st of August: Steven sent me another link. The codes do not work!!! ............................ As you can see above. They have acknowledged the problem. Promised to give me the right price for replacement filters. But since the 20th of June I am still chasing them for a resolutions and now we are into September. This is shocking. I would not recommend this company for anything and I strongly urge others to opt for me credible companies for their filtration needs. If you run into problems they will not help.

This is my second time dealing with Steven and the Water2buy team. Always have a 5 star experience with them. Extremely helpful with any questions or queries on the water system. Videos are even provided that makes set up easy and I must say even outside of the warranty time they have been truly excellent. When someone installs a water softener it works fantastic but if something goes wrong it’s great to be able to go back to a company that always provides a 5 star service throughout the lifespan of the product. That is why I highly recommend Water2buy. Finally their products are robust and give an excellent service.

We have a water filter and tap fitted and have loved the taste of the filtered water. Recently, the supplied tap sprung a leak. I contacted Water2buy and sent a couple of photos of the leak. They are sending a replacement tap without messing me around. That's great service and very much appreciated!

Water Softener fine at the start then started to play up. If it goes wrong you have to fix yourself and they will send parts out, been waiting since February for parts with an overflowing water softener. Warranty not worth the paper it's wrote on.

Great softener. Excellent after sale experience. During a recent move an important part was lost. I contacted the customer service who promptly sent out the part needed at no cost 2 times because I didn’t tell them I had moved. Top grade from me. Thank you!
