Hello, I needed to get my Water2Buy softener serviced and purchased a service agreement from Water2Buy on the 11th of May 2015. I paid EUR150 for the service. I have followed up with Water2Buy on many occasions to find out when this will be done... despite several calls (to its outsourced call centre who have no access to Water2Buy's system) and seven e-mails, I still have not had the service done or any response from Water2Buy. It's now October and I still am waiting. I would urge caution for customers who will take a risk in parting with you cash before receiving goods from Water2Buy. Buyer beware!!!! I´m very happy and satisfied with the water softener we bought from Water2buy. It was working straight away after installation. Everybody in the house could see difference.

I really rate this company and Steven who provides vital friendly knowledge over the phone to guide you through the process of choosing the correct model water softener and direct cold water filtered drinking water tap and filter. Everything arrived as promised and Steven rung me to offer fitting advice to myself and the plumber to get me up and running. My water is beautifully soft curtesy of the water softener and my drinking water is pleasant with no more lime scale. Top marks to Steven the fountain of all knowledge and an extremely polite friendly Irishman, you are an absolute star.

got the AS200 softener, great price arrived next day. easy to install as I used it to replace my old softener literally plug out plug in.

Easy to install and use, apart from topping up with salt can forget it is there. Have had the water softener for six months and it has made a big difference; everything stays clean in the bathroom and kitchen, no more lime scale also, I had a problem with my skin drying out this has completely disappeared since using the water softener, Very pleased would recommend this product, great value for money.

I found this company on amazon where I bought a water softener from them, I've since bought a reverse osmosis system on their website because they send me on a coupon code that gave me a great deal. Very happy with the systems. Never had any problems with the cop any.

Excellent quality and value. Best of all, I had a querie about re-gen, and telephoned Water to Buy. I was answered by a human being and was told that an engineer would phone. Without any fuss the engineer called. He asked me to press bottons on thr programmer and give the readings. He assured me that all was correct, and it was. Very pleased and satisfied

I refer to my review dated 15th. October 2014 and to Water2Buy's response dated 24th. September 2015 regarding the late issue of a VAT receipt. As stated in my review I required a VAT receipt for submission to Revenue who were auditing my accounts as part of my VAT Returns. Despite my at least 7 phone calls and two-emails I did not receive the required VAT receipt. It wasn't until 2nd, September 2015, some 11 months later, did I receive a phone call apologising for the delay which was then followed by an e-mail with the required VAT receipt. The comment, "Wowsers! I'd love to see what you rate as 5 star" in Water2Buy's response is inappropriate and unnecessary. I would also record that at no time did I agree, or suggest, to Water2Buy that having received their apology and the VAT receipt, that I would change my original review, which they alluded to in their response, and this I advised them of in my e-mail of 3rd. September 2015. I also confirmed to them that my comments and rating would remain unchanged. David Mallitte

I purchased a unit from them it was faulty, they then replace the faulty unit..... Wait for it.............. That is also faulty and have been waiting months for a replacement!! I have sent countless emails and rang the office, keep getting fobbed off with promises of updates on stock arrival and no updates!!! My next step is to call round to them and take the matter further.. I really cannot recommend this company

The are quick to contact you about how to pay and they have been chased with phone calls and emails and still are evasive. I thought customer service was bad in Ireland until I was unfortunate to have anything to do with this company!

Bought water softener in March. Had an email from water2buy.com thanking me for my custom and my order was being processed. Water softener arrived, watched video that We were advised to watch. Fitted water softener. The problem is that the water is always at over flow level. We have phoned 3 times and all we get is, we will get someone to return your call when they come in. No one ever phoned back.We have emailed water2 buy as well but like the phone received no reply.

I bought a water softener from via eBay from Water2Buy. I bought the softener in May 2013 and didn't get around to installing it until August. Initially, the water softener worked really well and I was very pleased, however, gradually the water became harder and harder. Due to Xmas and being too busy, I left it until after Xmas when I sent a message (via eBay) and within 24 hours received a phone call from Steven. We went through the settings, made a few changes and left it for another month. Unfortunately, the changes didn't affect the water, so after another message to Steven and another phone call, he promised to send another water softener and collect the faulty one. The new softener has arrived and is working well. You never really know how good a company is until you have a problem. Well, this company has been excellent with friendly and courteous customer service and I would have no qualms in recommending them.

We bought a water softener a few months ago and it has never worked properly. We called and at first they were very helpful and said they would call us when we were a home and talk us though the machine. We then had trouble getting in touch and several phone appointments did not materialise. They then said that they would send an engineer on Friday 27th September between 4-6pm so after leaving work early the engineer did not materialise. [name] on the phone has never been rude and seems that he is helping but we still have a machine that does not work. Having been living in our very hard water area for 20+ years,it was only after we had a water meter fitted that I thought the time had come to try out a water softener. They range in many sizes and prices,and wanting an entry level at a reasonable cost I found a great offer on Ebay for an Aquasmart water softener. For under £150 delivered I had the timer version of the AS110 model. On unpacking the blue cover was cracked,but a simple phone call,no hassle and a new one delivered in two days. What a pleasure it is to have a shower in silky soft water!!!! it really works fine and the instruction videos on line make installation a doddle. Saves on soap/and detergents and no limescale build -up in shower tray etc.I am well satisfied with product,service and value. Buy One

Water softener arrived quickly, (next day) and from the use I've had so far seems to be a good product at a good price. Only issue is that settings specified in accompanying documentation do not tally with those given in the on-line videos. However, I had reason to check a few things with Water2buy and their customer service was excellent. I would recommend buying this product.

I ordered a small, cheap part and was sent a wrong, more expensive item due to a mix-up. The company immediately apologized and sent out the right part. Although this involved a delay for me, these things happened and they dealt with it very well and very professionally. i would shop with them again.

I brought a AS200 aquasmart for my home ! It's a good product for personal usage, easy to install and easy to use .. I'm recommande this product and this vendor . Olivier
