No reply from sales ... the live help bot does not work. Supposedly the agent for Ireland on a google search is culligan and they say they have nothing to do with water 2 buy. My order is with dpd for 4 days and its status hasnt changed .
Be careful, there is no customer service.I bought a service for my water softener and trying to reach them for 4 weeks now -no luck. So contacted my bank to get refund.
J'ai passé une commande le 3 janvier et j'ai demandé son annulation le 10 janvier, puis le 13 janvier puis le 15, le 17 sans jamais obtenir de réponse ou d'accusé réception. Sans aucun préavis , l'adoucisseur a été présenté en livraison le 17 janvier, livraison que j'ai refusée. Je n'ai tôûjoiur aucune nouvelle de leur part et j'attends toujours mon remboursement.
Have always been a fan of these guys as they have dealt with issues in the past quickly and effectively. Contacted them recently as we had a failure of the boiler unit for our boiling water tap and have not had a response. Tried calling them and only got an answer machine. Doing a bit of research (gov dot UK website) it appears that they have been shut down. A pity as if anything now goes wrong with the water softener I have installed then I will have to replace with another brand.
Very poor customer service. When I say very poor I mean none existent. Buy locally rather than from this company. I would give it less than one star.
Habe Anfang Dezember 2024 eine Enthärtungsanlage Premium Model Y bestellt. Habe diese dann ca. 5 Tage später mit einen Lieferschaden erhalten. Es war nur der Überlaufanschluss abgebrochen. Habe mich dann an den Versender gewendet, von dem erhielt ich leider seid 6 Wochen keine Rückmeldung!! Der Support bei dieser Firma ist so schlecht, das man nicht einmal ein Ersatzteil bekommt. Die Enthärteranlage ist Top. Aber was bringt es wenn man ein Ersatzteil braucht und keines bekommt. Dan kann man die ganze Anlage auf den Müll schmeißen!
Produit arrivé cassé, Le SAV fait le mort. Le carton a été reçu très abimé, la protection verte est pété. j'effectue le remplacement que je reçois très vite. Mais mon plombier de retour de vacances, m'indique qu'en fait tout l'appareil est cassé. Je fais photo, j'envoie au SAV, j'ouvre des tickets, je tente le chat bot. Aucune réponse si ce n'est "Oui votre produit a été donné à DPD" mais le numéro est toujours incorrecte si on va sur leur lien. Probablement 450€ foutu en l'air :/
I purchased a water softener and installation service from Water2buy over 40 days ago. To date, no one has come to install the product, and my attempts to contact the company via email and phone have been completely ignored. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with Water2buy and would not recommend their services to anyone. Even getting a refund has been impossible. Truly a terrible experience.
I placed an order three weeks ago, order confirmed and payment has cleared. despite claiming that delivery is 2-3 days I have not received any confirmation of a delivery date and order status still states order confirmed. There has been no reply to my emails, online form and no one picks up on both UK and Ireland phone numbers. Given I have had no issues with this company in previous years I am suspicious that something is a miss with this company now. I would advise not ordering from Water2buy. I am £440 down with no water softener.

Price was excellent and the water softener seems to be very good quality and very easy to install. But what really impressed me was the amazing and friendly customer service after I had made an error in my order. I still can't believe how well I was treated by this company. Top class!!!
I have owned a Water2Buy softener model W2B200 for over 7 years, it has always worked perfectly, until it started to completely fill the salt tank. Thanks, however, to the invaluable technical assistance given to me by their service, in the person of Tanja, in a few days I solved the problem, caused simply by the limescale deposited on the brine filling cylinder. Therefore, I want to give a huge public thank you to Tanja!!! This softener is proving to be truly very reliable and long-lasting over time!!!
**** I am editing my review as I haven't received a promised filter for mineralisation to my osmosis. Now water is so bad and boiling it is awful. Lots of white coating. I just asked to add the mineral filter to my order, and I was told they would do it, but after 1 months I gave up the hope. It was impossible to contact them they not responding to emails. I regret that I didn't cancel the whole order. I am suspicious about the filters to my osmosis because why after changing it the water quality got so bad 👎 I am very unhappy about that! I bought a water softer and osmosis last year. Excellent products. Water tastes nice and I don't need to buy bottle water anymore. No limescale in the bathroom!

i bought water2buy 200 nearly one year ago spend nearly £600 now stop working more than two months communicate with them but they just waisting the time my whole family suffer bcoz where we live it is very hard water. first they said to me they will swap the unit but now they said do this do this which i did . I have no option left just take them to the small county claim if you have the same problem never leave them they gave me 7 years warranty...but it is really rubbish water softner. Always buy from reputabble company where you can go...Like screwfix
The customer service team responded promptly and expertly to resolve an issue that was caused by my plumber who installed the unit. They sent lots of helpful videos and worked through the steps with me. I boight a premium model Z and its working very well
Contacted them with my concern of the water softener not working correctly and they contacted me in a professional manner. Steve was kind and friendly with a lot of knowledge on the water softener that I received from him. I recommend them to anyone.
I didn’t install the water softener after buying as it wouldn’t fit under my sink. I have now moved to a new bigger property and realised I was missing the connections when I tried to install. Despite being 2 years later, customer service kindly sent missing connections without any fuss. Very happy with the service. Still need time to tell how good the product is.
I spoke to Steven who rang me to help me set my water 2 buy 200 water softner up. He was extremely helpful and very kind and I have to say everyone I've had contact with from water 2 buy have been amazing. Steven and Tanja have actually helped me numerous times before and I have to say their help and after sales support has been second to none. Thank you Steven and Tanya you are both amazing
Started well and went downhill. Good advice regarding product selection. Unfortunately they don’t have a collection counter which meant a 15 minute round trip for me took 7 working days for delivery. The media bag was burst and 20% of product lost in transit due to poor packaging, not the delivery service. When I got a response from customer care I was told to expect a replacement for the lost product. Nothing came, so after another two weeks I went ahead with the service, what remained left a 250mm gap at the top of the vessel. I contacted them and was told that was good enough for the job. They are slow and don’t seem to care much once they have your order however… I will probably use them again, not in an emergency, as their products are decent and the right price.
