It's not looking promising. I have received the water softener, and credit where credit is due - the delivery was prompt. Unfortunately that was the last of any positive experiences. I had also paid for installation and as yet nobody has contacted me. It's only been 2 weeks, so maybe I'm being too quick to judge - time will tell. But now reading some of the other reviews I fear my concerns may be valid. I've sent 2 emails and the silence I've received was worrying, so I have now asked for a refund. I shall update this review as the events unfold - and hopefully they will.

The water filter W2BCRO-600 has been bought half a year ago and I can confirm that the filter is the best that I have seen, the delivery was quick enough. I can recommend this seller if somebody decide to buy some water filters.

The appliance is easy to use and manage. You can easily adjust cleaning cycle. Support personnel are friendly and respond quickly. Excellent price, 3 times lower than competitor.

I would have given no star if I could. I had ordered second time hoping to have similar experience with them. My first time order experience was very good customer service and product. That made me order one more with them. I ordered on 23 Sept 2022 (order no 00881380)and today we are at 13 oct 2022.. I have been following up with mails amd calls and chats and no proper solution to deliver the product. Wasted my time and money. I have asked for a refund hope to receive that soon with out any follow up. Buy their product if you have lot of time to chase them with no proper result.

What a truly awful Company to deal with. On the website it tells you the product is in stock for same day dispatch and delivery within 2-3 days. That's untrue. When you call them to find out where your product is, there's no one to take your call. There is an option to press # to get a call back 'before the end of the day'. That's untrue; nobody calls you back. When you e-mail them to cancel the order they ignore your instructions. Instead, you get an e-mail from them saying 'This is just a follow up email as the case is now 3 days old and we did not get a response back'. That is untrue and disingenuous. I don't know how good the product is but with this kind of customer service, I'm not giving them my business. I'll buy from a competitor whose ethics and service quality are better; one who tells the truth.

A disgusting company where they don't care of customers and don't offer the service you pay for. They don't even reply back or answer calls to assist you. Bought a water softener in April and been having multiple issues. I have sent multiple emails in last few months for which they initially promised to resolve the issue. However later on, no show of anyone to fix the issue and no response either from them in last 40 days or so. U call the customer care, you stay on the line for ten mins and the call hangs up on you. You won't be amazed to see why their service is so pathetic. So if you want to mess things up, go to them. They are experts. And you might be wondering how the hell they have positive feedbacks then. Well coz they offer you an incentive to complete a survey for them like all fake sellers on eBay.

Nice products and great customer service, but because they are in Ireland, not the best service in the U.S. You need to call them before 11am in order to get service. Outside of that, product seems as well built as any others I have owned and when you can get in touch with their customer service, they are very friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in getting a water softener. Just due to the hours of operation here in the states, I had could not give them 5 stars.

The service you get over the phone is great, but that’s about it half the parts were sent out then when I rang them again the warehouse was blamed…. Still no parts have arrived. Customer service is a joke over emails. Thought they were good first off but just rubbish now. As to date I still haven’t been able to put the softener back in and still no phone call from a manager…. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!

Bei so einem Produkt zeigt natürlich erst die längerfristige Nutzung, ob das Ergebnis so sein wird wie gewünscht. Dennoch sind wir bis dahin mit der augenscheinlichen Qualität sehr zufrieden. Die doch längere Lieferzeit war für die jetzige Zeit nicht ungewöhnlich und wurde seitens water2buy kommuniziert. Insgesamt eine lohnenswerte Investition bei unserer Wasserhärte, die Armaturen, Geräten und Oberflächen doch stark zusetzen kann.

I ordered a W2B500 water softener + pro installation on the 30 April. The water softener was delivered on 4 May. The following day I received an automated email stating my order had been marked as complete but I had not had any communication to say when the installation of the softener would take place so I called the office and was told someone would be in touch. Rosse the installer contacted me a few days later to explain he would be fitting my softener on the 18 May but as it would be a 3 and a half hour journey, please could I unpack the softener and check that it would fit in my kitchen cupboard? I did this and it would not. Puzzled as I had checked all the measurements when I ordered I went back on to the website to discover that the illustration of the 3 water softeners available, and that I had used as a guide, was incorrect. The graphic artist had used the same measurements for the W2B500 as the smaller W2B200. I emailed the office to let them know and had no response. Frustrated there had been no reply to my email I rang the office after a few days and they agreed to cancel the install and replace the W2B500 with the W2B200. On the 12/5/22 I received another email saying my order was marked complete but no replacement water softener and no installation. On the 25 /5 I emailed again, still no word as to when the softener would be fitted. 7 June, I chased for a fitting date. 13th June Tanja responded to the email sent on 25 /5 and said she’d get an installation booked and would call me at 1pm. She didn’t call. I emailed again, had I missed her call? No response. About to blow a gasket I called the office and the chap on the phone couldn’t apologise enough and offered an extra bag of salt as compensation, he arranged a fitting date ; 23 June. Rosse confirmed and turned up when he said he would and did a superb job of fitting the water softener today but knew nothing about the bag of ‘free’ salt. So on the whole I’m delighted that I have a water softener, fitted by a very competent and lovely chap. I am still waiting for a refund of the price difference between the two models and for the bag of complementary salt. … and the misleading graphic showing incorrect measurements for the W2B500? Yes it’s still on the website1

I ordered it with the pro installation package. Its been almost a month no one has turned up for the installation. When I contact them they reply someone will contact you. Someone contacted me for the installation and I have provided them the information and pictures they need. But nothing after that. I have to call them again and again. I have requested the refund and ask to take the product back, lets see how soon they refund. Very dissapointed...

I am putting this review after using it for an year as I was bit hesitant with the quality of the softener. I can now recommend the product and a really happy customer with no lime scales. Its much cheaper than market giants and does the same job. Another advantage is any salts can be used. Cons - I opted for Pro installation (+£230) but the person who came to install asked extra £40 for parts. Also he didn't install the 'Under sink water filter'. I reported this to customer care multiple times but the installer never came to fix and finally ended up doing it myself. Either Water2Buy need to provide professional installers or better to find your own plumber to do the job.
