I completed a research study for this company, paid money out of my own pocket to purchase fast food. I was promised that the payment would be made within 21 working days yet here i am not paid and over 21 working days. No one is replying to calls or emails. Such a shame that this company have stolen the money owed to me. DO NOT DO ANY MARKET RESEARCH FOR THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PAY. On original confirmation it said payment would be within 21 working days, when I chased I was sent this rude email that said it was now 42 working days until payment ' Hello ALL, Thank you for participating in our 230102 Fast food mystery shop study. We would like to remind you about our incentives and payment process. Your incentive is £120 Just as a reminder... Our incentives are processed 21 working days from the project's completion. Incentives are put through to our automatic system and will be released within the next 21 working days, excluding weekends. Please do not contact us regarding payment after reading this email. If you have any questions other than incentives, please get in touch with us at email withheld Updated 28.03 a lady at vocal views called me to tell me I am wrong and to take down review, even after they tried to get it taken down by saying It wasn't a genuine review. I sent email trails and it was deemed genuine. Shame on you vocal views!! Edit everything I have written is correct, I edited this review a few times to update. When I initially wrote the review I hadn't been paid, I have now but then today I received this threatening email - "This is a formal request to destroy the dishonest comment disclosing private company information within 48 hours, from the public domain. In the alternative, we will instruct legal action via our solicitor at 9:30 am GMT on Friday, March 31st 2023, to recover damages. Please also be aware that leaving dishonest, fraudulent feedback/reviews online contributes towards harassment, and any link will be provided to the police." WOW what a way to conduct business. 3 calls today between 1232 and 1303 from vocal views to myself and a threatening emailing sent to myself from legal at vocal views. I do believe that the harassment is to myself. Please leave me alone, I wrote a genuine review of my experience with this company.

UPDATE TO MY JANUARY 2023 POST regarding payment for a study done on 12/17/2021. I just reviewed my emails regarding payment, which readers and hopefully potential clients might find interesting. As mentioned previously, the money was already in my account (WHICH THEY WOULD NOT HAVE PUT THERE IF I DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN THEIR STUDY), but they removed it while i was in the process of validating my ID. Their records should prove this. In the below email they tell me that they will not pay me, but they wont explain WHY they wont pay me. Again i DID show up on time for this virtual study, I did NOT cancel and i did NOT change criteria. PROCEED WITH CAUTION with VOCAL VIEWS. They are SCAMMERS. However, unfortunately I have now located the project and there is a note that you were not due to receive your incentive. As it was so long ago I am unsure on the exact reasoning but this could be due to multiple reasons such as: Not showing, changing criteria or cancelling. Sorry to inform you but we will be unable to set up a payment due to this.

I participated in a video recording study with them on August 10, 2022. It is now October 26 and they have yet to pay me for my efforts. Half of my emails to them are left unanswered, the other half of the replies always says the same thing: we got too many payments to go through, soon we will pay. In this day and age it really boggles my mind how a company cannot manage its payments when there are so many tools out there like PayPal, Venmo etc. Oh another thing, they make the payment via bank transfer (if they ever make it!) I have been extremely disappointed with them. ** They replied to my review on November 24 and since the platform here doesn't let me respond to their reply, I will add it here as an update. What they are saying is not true. I have NOT received any payment. I don't know whose records they are checking! And yes, of course I applied for other studies after, is that not allowed? While waiting for them to pay me, I can of course apply for more studies. I have NOT applied for more studies with them after leaving this review. Reading other reviews here I see that this is a pattern they have with other US participants as well. I don't think it is coincidence that their UK reviewers are happy with them but US participants all complain about payment issues. Perhaps VocalViews should look into their US payment system before responding to our reviews that they are not valid. **** Update from April 25, 2023: VocalViews flagged my review as invalid and not genuine so TrustPilot asked for verification. I sent them the screenshot of my whole email exchange with VocalViews. I can't believe this company is not only paying but also denying my review. Wow, just wow. Well, emails don't lie. Proof is sent to TrustPilot.

I loved taking part in research with VV. The service is excellent. The only slight concern, which is nothing major and possible not in VVs control, is the payment takes a few weeks to come though. Other then that, it has been perfect. The communication is clear, they are very professional, and always were in touch with me with reminders. Can't fault it at all. Thank you VV.

Great experience with Vocal Views, one of the few places where I'm actually selected for studies. The studies are usually fairly compensated, quite fun and with timely payouts. Very happy so far.
