I’ve actually joined a number of varied surveys with Vocal Views, from focus groups to mystery shopping to 1-1 interviews. So I think it’s safe to say that I’m in a good position to review my experience working alongside Vocal Views and participating in the many surveys up here in Manchester! The staff there are absolutely incredible and add a lot of positivity and professionalism to the experience - and each task I was given was straightforward and I had a lot of fun doing the surveys they’ve had available! For those of you who are on the fence, they follow through with their incentives, it does take a month to process so please be patient and mindful of that. Staff are very personable, approachable, friendly & responsive with enquiries about survey details and incentives. I’ve reached out via telephone and email before and received much needed support. Given how positive my experience is I’m happy to continue doing surveys to support them long term - and I’d recommend it to anyone!
