Still waiting on an £85 incentive for a 30 day market research study that I completed in February. Noone replies to emails, Support Tickets are closed automatically after them advising that payment ios on its way....absolutely disgraceful service!!

To begin, I have completed maybe three studies with this company, but this is the first time where I have not been incentivized. I never received the payment from a gaming study I did in June 2021. In fact, I have been in contact with Vocal Views this entire time, but they will take weeks to reply, or I am met without a reply at all. Apparently, there was an issue with my banking information. However, I immediately remedied that back in late July (once I was notified), and I had not heard back from Lana or any representative. I have all the email correspondence available. --------------------- Hi Justin, Our apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Has this issue been resolved and have you received your incentive? Kind Regards, --------------------- After me replying that it has not been resolved, I get another message...a month later. --------------------- Dear Justin Thank you for contacting Vocal Views Support. We will look into this for you with the appropriate department and get back to you with a solution shortly. Best regards --------------------- This is the email I get, and I have yet to receive a reply back from months ago even after sending follow ups. If it isn't remedied soon, I am to the point where I will report them based on participating in fraudulent scams.
They don’t pay you for the research you do for them. Absolute scammers update - 29/12/21 still no payment made of £100. Avoid these guys are they are terrible and useless. Can barely speak English as well. update 2 - 08/09/22 - still not payment of £100 despite being almost a year and they don't reply to emails either. They can barely speak English despite them saying they are UK based. It is quite embarrassing and most of their staff are vegetables. Also, despite all this and not paying me, they are still begging me to do further research for them. Make it make sense...

Just took part in research on foundation not only was it interesting and I actually learned a lot about myself and my preferences as a result. It was straightforward, user friendly and I received payment within a few days of finishing. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure how it can be possible for so many people to have such "good experiences" with a company that has made me hound and chase them for a payment that I was supposed to have gotten over a month ago. Also I was told I'd be paid one amount and then after completing the study I was sent emails detailing payment of a lesser amount. I really don't know at this point how I could say anything good. I really wish I could. After sending over 20 + emails--many of which were never answered--to members of support, members of the project team, and the project manager herself, the amount of posts claiming everything to be smooth and a good experience just baffles me. I think what was even more frustrating to me about all this is that before the study began I got so many reminder emails from the company about the study, about a tech check, about getting the link, etc... but then the second I start emailing after the study about my payment invitation not being properly sent ( I got the invitation without the proper link) or the required I.D. confirmation on their site not working ( I sent in a Drivers license, a passport, and maybe a third form of I.D. which for some reason were all rejected) then the onslaught of emails from them suddenly slowed and eventually halted altogether. It's like I was ghosted. They got me feeling like... "Now you're just somebody that I used to know" - Gotye
